When your mattress is delivered, unbox it and get it ready for the best night’s sleep of your life. We recommend that you try it for at least 30 days to give the five layers time to adjust to you and you them.
If, after that time, you’d like to return it you can do so free of charge. Simply call our Customer Experience team on 020 3750 6500 or send an email to email@example.com.
Your 100 Night Trial starts as soon as your mattress is delivered to you.
No, take it off and make up your bed as you would normally. We want you to enjoy every night on your Simba.
Not at all. The 100 Night Trial is completely free and simply gives you the opportunity to get used to your Simba in the comfort of your own home.
Yes, all customers purchasing a Simba Sleep mattress qualify for the 100 Night Trial.
Yes, all our John Lewis customers are also eligible for the 100 Night Trial. If for whatever reason you need to make a return or an exchange, please contact Customer Service at John Lewis who will be more than happy to assist you.
You do not need a receipt to have your mattress returned during the 100 Night Trial. We will simply need your home address, full name and email to organise the return.
