What size is a single bed?

Single beds are all designed to fit a UK standard single mattress (W90cmx L190cm). However, there isn’t a standard single bed size – this will vary depending on the specific style of the bed itself, how high it is off the ground, materials used for the frame and other factors.Our single beds are exclusive to our Made to Order bed range:Plain /2-drawer: 137H x 92W X 194.5L (CM)Ottoman: 137H x 92W x 194.5L (CM)

Headboard: FSC wood, upholstered in woven polyester fabrics.Bases: Available as Plain, 2- drawer or Ottoman.FSC wood frame covered in fabric as per headboard, with solid platform top design; Ottoman frame also has solid board base. Glider feet (not visible) 65mm diameter, with metal socket and 40mm ground clearance. Drawers feature metal runners; Ottoman base features gas-lift mechanism.

Simba Flex Orion

Traditional bed bases don’t provide focused support for your lower back or shoulders, but we’ve designed a slat system with responsive suspension, to cushion your weight and relieve pressure in these areas. Every single one of these ingenious slats flexes gently as you move, helping your body remain perfectly balanced and aligned. We’ve also added triple-cushioned, hyper-reactive narrower slats to relieve pressure around the shoulder area where most night movement occurs, along with firmer, extra-wide slats around the lumbar area which needs more support.

It’s safe to say our sleep engineers are rather proud of these dreamy little chaps.
