3. Keep enjoying great sleep, and tell your friends. Or, if for any reason it’s not quite working out for you, just contact us and we’ll arrange a pick up and a full refund.
Not for a bed. You can get creative though - we've seen the boxes made into everything from pirate ships to puppet shows. Before pickup, just remember to strip your bedding, as the two-person crew that comes to collect it probably doesn’t need any extras.
Our trial is like our bed: designed for everyone. When you order, we will take or arrange payment through the method you choose. In the unlikely event that you choose to request a return, you’ll be fully refunded.
Refunds are processed when the bed is back with us, via the original payment method. For full upfront payment, this generally takes 3-5 business days. If you opted for financing we'll take care of cancelling the agreement, and any instalments paid up to that point will be refunded within 10 business days.
You can't trial a bed properly if it's still wrapped in plastic, so we encourage you to make it part of the furniture. After all, we test our beds to the limit during development, which is what gives us the confidence to offer such a lengthy trial.
If you're one of the few who don't give us full marks and you want to arrange a return, we might ask for a description of the condition. This doesn’t affect your trial in any way - it just helps us decide whether to recycle the bed, refurbish or donate it.
No. Every bed is fresh out of the box for the first time. Returned beds are recycled, refurbished or donated.
