Simba offers Free Next Day, carbon-neutral delivery for most of the UK, between 7am and 7pm. Weekend and preferred time delivery options are also available, depending on when you order, as well as our VIP mattress delivery service. Whatever service you choose, everything in your order will be delivered at the same time.
We also operate a not-for-profit Mattress Recycling Service that you can add to your basket at checkout.
MATTRESS/BED DELIVERY
Standard Delivery (free)
Our Standard Next Day service is a two-person delivery to room of choice. Otherwise, just select your preferred date at checkout. Order before 2pm for Next Day & postcode exclusions apply.
Specified Time Delivery (from £10)
As above, but you can choose weekend delivery and/or a 4-hour time slot at checkout using our delivery calendar
VIP Delivery (£50)
A bespoke service by a specialist team who install your mattress or bed for immediate use and remove all packaging
For a small extra fee, they’ll also take away your old mattress or bed for recycling at the same time (select Mattress/Bed Removal option at checkout)
Our special edition, Hybrid® Ultra mattresses and our Customisable beds are despatched via this service free of charge.
With this service you’ll be contacted directly by our courier (usually within 48 hours) to schedule a delivery time that’s convenient for you. You’ll receive a live tracking link via email to keep you informed of the driver’s schedule on the day, plus a call from the driver within an hour of delivery.
Need to delay your mattress/bed delivery? If you’d like to complete your order but delay delivery, just choose your preferred day on the checkout calendar. If you need to delay it for more than 3 months, please contact us immediately after placing your order. If you’ve selected our VIP delivery service, you’ll be able to agree a delivery date directly with our courier.
Whichever service you use, you’ll receive an email when your order is despatched; if you’d like to change anything or add any special instructions please wait until you’ve received this email, so we can pass on the information to our delivery partner directly.
If your delivery address falls within one of these remote location postcode areas, please allow more time for delivery; up to 3 weeks, depending on your purchase. AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH, FK, KY, IV40+, KW16+, PA20+, PH41-44 plus offshore islands.

MATTRESS REMOVAL SERVICE - £50
We operate a not-for profit mattress removal service - any brand or size, no purchase necessary.
But if you do order a mattress from us, we can take away your old mattress at the same time as we deliver your new one (unless you’ve opted for Next Day delivery); just select 'Standard Delivery with Mattress Removal' at checkout.
Prior to your mattress collection we'll send you all the instructions you need, plus a protective bag for your old mattress. The courier will be happy to remove your old mattress from any room in your house, but please don't leave it outside; this may damage the mattress, making it unsafe to collect and unsuitable for recycling. Unfortunately, if mattress removal doesn't come up as an option at delivery, it means we're not currently operating in your area.
Please note this service is offered free of charge with all Hybrid® Ultra mattress orders.
Orders that include a mattress or bed base are delivered by Expert Logistics via our free standard service, or by our specialist teams at Rhenus Home Delivery via our bespoke VIP delivery service; you can choose your preferred option at checkout, although all Ultra mattresses qualify for free VIP Delivery automatically. Both services include an option to remove your old mattress at the same time.
Orders that don’t include a mattress (such as bedding or mattress toppers), are delivered by DPD.
We offer several, convenient delivery options to mainland UK, but please remember costs and timings may vary for more remote locations.
Standard Delivery (free)
Delivery to room of choice within 2-5 working days. Otherwise, just select your preferred date at checkout. Postcode exclusions apply.
For a small fee we also offer weekend delivery and 4-hour timeslots; you’ll be able to opt for these services after you’ve entered your delivery address at checkout. Unfortunately, if you can’t see these services at checkout they aren’t available; this will either be due to limited capacity around public holidays or because of your location; if your postcode falls into an area of restricted delivery capacity, we’ll let you know at checkout.
VIP delivery (£50)
A specialist delivery service which includes installation of your mattress in the room of your choice for immediate use, plus the removal of all packaging; for a small fee (£50) the delivery team can take away your mattress for recycling at the same time. This option also includes a delivery tracking schedule, up to within an hour of your delivery.
If you’ve opted for Free Standard Delivery, our partners Expert Logistics will deliver your mattress on the date of your choice to most of the UK; timed and weekend delivery is available at a small, extra cost. You’ll receive an Expert Logistics tracking link via email, usually the night before delivery, so that you can keep an eye on your order. If delivery is missed, Expert Logistics will be in touch within 48 hours to reschedule with you directly.
If you’ve also added the Mattress Removal option to your order, we’ll email you all the instructions you need and send you a protective bag for your mattress prior to collection.
If you’ve chosen our VIP delivery service, you’ll be contacted directly by our courier (usually within 48 hours) to schedule a convenient delivery with you. You’ll then receive a live tracking link via email to keep you informed of the driver’s schedule on the day, plus a call from the driver up to an hour ahead of delivery.
If you’ve also requested the Mattress Removal service included in this option, the courier will take away your old mattress at the same time. For some, more remote locations, this may take up to 14 working days; our courier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient time.
