Any orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Want to order now but not ready for delivery? No problem. If you need to hold delivery more than 14 days please get in touch with our team immediately after placing your order.

Otherwise, once we’ve dispatched your order we’ll send you an email with the details applicable to your delivery. If you need to make any changes to your delivery including arranging special instructions or holding it less than 14 days, please wait until you’ve received this email and changes can be made with the carrier directly.



Our Delivery Partners

Does your order include a mattress? All mattress only orders (including the Hybrid® Topper) will be delivered by our courier Arrow XL. Depending on how soon you need your mattress or if you need your old one taken away, we have different options at checkout - read more about these below.

For any other orders that don’t include a mattress, so if for example you’re ordering a pillow, duvet or bedding, your order will be delivered by DPD Local.



Service Information

Arrow XL (2-Person Delivery)

Arrow XL is a premium 2-Man large parcel delivery service, assisting you by delivering directly to your room of your choice.

Order before 5pm for delivery within 2-5 working days. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands may take up to 14 days.

It is a tracked service and depending on your postcode deliveries can take place Monday - Saturday.

Provided it’s in a good condition, removal of your old mattress at the same time as delivery can also be requested at checkout. Your old mattress will be recycled. By default it’s 1 mattress collection per order, unfortunately furniture or bed frames can't be collected.

Options to suit your needs

Alongside free delivery, at checkout you’ll see the following options to choose from;

  1. 2-person delivery (£20) Premium delivery to your room of choice within 2-5 working days.

     

     

  2. Express 2-person delivery (£30) Order before 5pm Friday for delivery to your room of choice within 2 working days.

     

     

  3. 2-person delivery with mattress removal (£40) Premium delivery to your room of choice within 2-5 working days. This service also includes old mattress removal at the same time as delivery.

     

     

  4. Express 2-person delivery with mattress removal (£50) Order before 5pm Friday for delivery within 2 working days. This service also includes old mattress removal at the same time as delivery

     

     

What to Expect

You’ll receive a 2-hour delivery window by SMS and email the morning before delivery.

On the day of delivery you’ll receive real time tracking by email and SMS and the driver will call you, up to 1 hour before they arrive.

If you have selected for your old mattress to be removed, the delivery team will bag your old mattress, remove and recycle it.

DPD

FREE Standard Delivery 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday with DPD Local for any orders that don’t include a mattress.

Order before 5pm for delivery within 3 working days. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands make take longer.

Your order will be delivered to your doorstep.

What to Expect

You’ll receive a real-time tracking link via SMS and email from DPD once your order has despatched. On the day of delivery, you’ll also receive a 1-hour delivery window.

Not going to be in? No problem.

Click the real-time tracking link provided by DPD on your SMS/email and choose a day that suits you. Alternatively, DPD can leave your order in a safe place, with a neighbour of your choice or you can arrange to collect from your local DPD Pick Up shop.

Download the DPD App to receive delivery notifications and to further tailor delivery to suit you.

Please Note

We occasionally need to use alternative couriers such as UPS or local delivery services, if we need to for your order then we’ll let you know when we confirm despatch.
