We believe in taking the hassle out of choice when it comes to finding the perfect mattress, but we believe in choice when you want your mattress delivered.

UPS Deliveries

We use UPS for all our standard deliveries (excluding 2 man service/mattress removal services) - they are reliable, tracking is good for you the customer and we've always found their delivery team to be courteous (as well as dressed the part!).

Delivery is to your doorstep/front hallway. If have a disability or special needs then please contact us on hello@simbasleep.com and we will try our best to help.

Due to unprecedented demand, our standard free next day delivery offer is currently not available. We offer up to 72 hour business day delivery for orders placed before 2pm except for a small number of post codes*. If you order after 2pm, your Simba will be delivered up to 96 hours after, assuming both are working business days. If you order at the weekend, your mattress will be dispatched either on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday for delivery the next day. If there is a bank holiday on the Monday, then your mattress will be delivered on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. But we know sometimes you may want to order and choose a later date - that's no problem.

After placing your order, within 48 hours, you will receive a shipping notification email that will inform you of a tracking number. You can follow the link on that tracking number, or enter it on the link below, and by registering for UPS MyChoice you can choose any day of delivery for your mattress (Monday to Friday). Alternatively if you happen to miss the next day delivery without rearranging it, no problem - you will get a UPS missed delivery card through the door, which will give you options to book a re-delivery to your door. Don't worry - it won't be taken a depot for collection - delivery can be attempted 3 times to your door.

Shipping Monday to Friday is completely free of charge.

We also have next day pre 10.30am (£20) and pre 12pm (£15) options available at checkout. Please note that these services are only available to mainland UK

We offer Saturday delivery for a small charge of £20.

Premium 2 man service and mattress removal

We are delighted to be able to offer a premium 2 man delivery service to a room of your choice using our delivery partner ArrowXL. This is a 48 hour service when ordered before 12. Currently this is only available for UK sizes (not EU sizes).

Please note that the mattress removal service is only possible when bought with the ArrowXL 2 man delivery option. 

Normal prices for our premium service is £30 for the 2 man delivery to room of choice without taking your old mattress away. The cost of the 2 man service with your old mattress taken away is £50.

Your mattress will be delivered in a 4 hour window of time, and you will receive a text message confirming the window the evening before delivery. You will then receive a phone call from the delivery team within 1 hour of delivery. Note - you will be able to reschedule the delivery after receiving the text message if the time allocated is not convenient.

Please note, for the mattress removal service, the delivery team on arrival will provide a bag for you to put the mattress in. In many instances they will help you with this, however this is not guaranteed. We recommend putting the bag onto the mattress whilst it is still on your bed frame as you may find this easier.
