Delivery Information


Please note : The Simba size Emperor 200 x 200 cm will be delivered unboxed and uncompressed. Please contact our customer service should you require more information.

UPS Deliveries

We use UPS for all our standard deliveries (excluding 2 man service/mattress removal services) - they are reliable, tracking is good for you the customer and we've always found their delivery team to be courteous (as well as dressed the part!).

Delivery is to your doorstep/front hallway. If have a disability or special needs then please contact us on and we will try our best to help.

If you order before 5pm, your Simba will be processed on a  24 hours service*, assuming the next day is a working business day.

If you order after 5pm, your Simba will be delivered up to 48 hours after, assuming both are working business days.

Please note that UPS free delivery is not a guaranteed service however their best endeavours is to deliver in 24 hours. Should you need a guaranteed service, please select the appropriate paid shipping method.

If you order at the weekend, your mattress will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If there is a bank holiday on the Monday, then your mattress will be delivered on the Wednesday.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification email containing tracking details. Please follow the link to access your tracking information.

Should you happen to miss the delivery, it will be automatically re-attempted the following working day (maximum of three attempts).

Premium 2 man service and mattress removal

ArrowXL is a premium 2 man delivery service to a room of your choice. It is a 48 hour service (when ordered before 5pm) delivering Monday to Saturday. After placing your order, please let us know your preferred day of delivery by contacting us on live chat, email at or by phone on 020 331 88 441. Should we not hear from you, your order will be processed on a 48 hour service.

Please note that the mattress removal service is only possible when bought with the ArrowXL 2 man delivery option. 

The evening before delivery you will receive a text message confirming an allocated delivery window of 4 hours.

On the morning of delivery, you will receive a further text message containing real time tracking information followed by a phone call from the delivery team.

Please note - for the mattress removal service, the delivery team on arrival will provide a bag for you to put the mattress in. In many instances they will help you with this, however this is not guaranteed.
