Our Refurbished promise
All refurbished mattresses include a 30-night trial and are covered by our 1-year, Certified Mattress Refurbishment Guarantee. If your mattress fails within that period due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll collect it for free and swap for another refurbished one. Just rotate (not flip!) your mattress once a month for the first 3 months, then every 3 months for the rest of its life to meet the conditions of your guarantee.

How does Simba’s Refurbished range help protect the planet?
About 167,000 mattresses end up in landfill every year, taking over 100 years to biodegrade. By refurbishing mattresses that come back to us during their 200-night trial, we’re stopping mattresses from ending up in exactly the same place. So we’re not just helping you sleep better at a more comfortable price; together with the Mattress Recycling Service on our site, we’re reducing the number of mattresses going to landfill.

Since we have limited Refurbished stock, we can’t always promise every size is always in stock. However, we do regularly stock the following sizes across these categories:

Yes! So you can experience Simba for yourself and decide if it’s right for you, all Hybrid® and Natural Hybrid® mattresses come with a 30-night, hassle-free trial. You’ll also get a 1-year guarantee, so in the (very) rare chance it fails during this time, we’ll replace it with a brand-new Refurbished mattress.

Just like with all other Simba ranges, our Refurbished range includes free Next Day delivery – as long as you order before 1pm. So you can enjoy better, more responsible sleep, in no time.
