The Simba King Bed mattress is suitable for all standard UK King size beds, measuring 150cmW x 200cmL, but the depth of your king size mattress depends on the range and model you choose. For example, our Earth range is packed with some of nature’s best materials and our signature sleep tech, with our Apex model measuring 30cm deep; our Deluxe range has the Hybrid® Luxe, which comes in at 31cm, and the Hybrid® Ultra, our deepest mattress at 34cm. But our Comfort range has a smaller depth, with our Hybrid® Essential just 20cm deep. That why we suggest checking these details before buying.

Mattresses in our Comfort range and selected Deluxe mattresses will arrive vacuum packed and boxed, so it’s a lot easier to get up the stairs. Others – like our Hybrid® Ultra and entire Earth range – are unboxed and flat, so they include VIP delivery to a room of your choice. 

You have 200 nights to decide whether you are happy with your purchase. But if things aren’t quite as you’d like, we’ll come and collect your king size mattress from you, free of charge.   

We’re confident all our Simba mattresses will go the distance, which is why we offer a 10-year guarantee on all new mattresses. Manufacturing faults are rare, but if you stumble across any, just let us know and we’ll replace it with a brand new one.

Yes, any king size mattresses that are returned to us are rigorously inspected. Then they’re either recycled or refurbished by our trusted third partners. Not only is this process more responsible, but it also gives everyone the opportunity to enjoy the full Simba sleep experience at a fraction of the price. 

We check, deep clean and sanitise very single component, replacing parts where necessary, before a final inspection to receive a certified Simba guarantee.

We don’t want any of our mattresses to end up in landfill, so all the king size mattresses for sale at Simba are suitable for recycling via our collection service or specialist providers; those returned in your 200-night trial (or under our 10-year guarantee) are refurbished, and any with too much wear and tear are recycled. Once your mattress reaches the end of its life, our site has a specialised Simba Mattress Recycling Service where you pay a small fee, and we come and collect it for you. Any brand, any size – no Simba purchase necessary.

You’ll be relieved to hear you don’t need to flip your Simba King size mattress over in the whole time you have it. We do, however recommend however that you rotate your Comfort or Deluxe mattresses 180° once a month for the first three months, then once every three months for the rest of its life. As for our king size Earth mattresses, once every six months after the first few months will do the trick, so your natural mattress fillings stay comfortable for longer. 

To keep it clean, Simba mattresses in our Comfort and Deluxe ranges feature a machine washable cover you can zip off and on again as required; it’s also a good idea to invest in one of our quilted cotton Mattress Protectors to protect your mattress from accidental spillages and general wear and tear. 

Absolutely. The largest mattresses we offer are the Super King mattresses, while for longer, European size beds we have European Double Mattresses and European Queen Size Mattresses.
