Our CustomFlex pillow enables you to personalise your support to suit your sleeping style and preferred level of firmness with three interchangeable layers: one with innovative foam FlexSprings™ in a cushioned sleeve, and two made from cloud-like Simba Renew™.

Interchangeable layers, ideal support

Firmer FlexSpring™ layer

Enclosed in a cushioning sleeve – you can’t feel our unique FlexSprings™. Being made from foam, they’re superbly light, sturdy and flexible, providing firmer, stronger support than softer fibres. They’re also breathable, and we’ve designed them to disperse heat for fresher sleep.

Cushioning Simba Renew™ comfort

The other two layers of our CustomFlex pillow are filled with soft, springy Simba Renew™. Made from recycled PET fibres and gently combed into down-like, airy layers, it encourages plenty of airflow through the pillow to keep you feeling cool.

Cooling Stratos® technology

Temperature testing carried out by HeiQ in November, 2020 on Stratos®-treated vs untreated fabric to measure immediate and continuous cooling.

The world-first, thermoregulating Stratos® technology on one side of our CustomFlex pillow helps you start cool and stay cool. Up to 3°C cooler than non-treated fabric , it's cool to the touch, prevents the buildup of heat and evaporates moisture, keeping you dry, comfortable and at just right temperature.
