We are paid by the insurer through commission, which is included in the premium you pay.

  • Do Simba beds come with a mattress?

    No, mattresses need to be purchased separately, however our beds are designed to match our award-winning mattresses perfectly. Whether you go for our luxurious Earth range or our high-performance Hybrid® range, they’re all packed with all our signature tech for superb support.

  • Do you offer an in-home trial period for Simba beds?

    Yes. We’re confident it will be love at first night, but we give you 200 of them to be sure. Returns are free within that period. All our beds also include a 10-year guarantee for extra peace of mind.

  • Will I have to build my Simba bed?

    Our standard Next Day delivery service does not include assembly, but all our beds arrive in preassembled pieces so they’re easy to build! Please visit our delivery information page for details on our assembly service, our recycling service, Specified Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery.
