We’re confident it’ll be love at first night - but we give you 30 nights to be sure. If you decide to return your Simba, we’ll collect it for free (and don’t worry, we wouldn’t dream of asking you to get it back in the box).

Traditional memory foam
Our Simbatex® foam has an open cell structure which offers superior support and elasticity, as well as allowing 30 x more airflow than dense, standard memory foam. We also infuse it with natural graphite, which has an excellent ability to draw away excess heat.

If you decide your refurbished Simbatex® Mattress is not for you, just give us a call within 30 days. We’ll arrange a free collection and refund the cost of your mattress or any financing payment made (not including delivery charges). And don’t worry - we wouldn’t dream of asking you to get it back in the box.
Carbon neutral delivery is free as standard to most of the UK. In most cases, we deliver seven days a week when you pick a date at checkout. Due to the weight of this mattress we strongly recommend delivery to your chosen room and that you ensure children are kept at a distance from delivery and unboxing. If you choose to return your mattress during your 30-night trial, returns are also free in most of the UK.
All the foam we use is CertiPUR® recognised, meaning both the materials it contains and the emissions it releases have been independently and rigorously assessed; it’s verified as free from CFCs and other ozone depleting substances, and ensures lower emissions to protect indoor air quality.
CertiPUR® foam is also free from added phthalates and harmful metals such as mercury or lead, and includes safe, non-toxic levels of fire retardants.

We’ve used our knowledge to reduce our use of energy and materials, and all our mattresses are 100% recyclable. So any Simba mattresses that are returned to us are either refurbished or recycled. We also recently opened our own state-of-the art, non-for-profit recycling service and accept any brand of mattress with no purchase necessary to use the service.
All Simba mattresses are made in the UK in zero waste factories, reducing air miles in the process. Any leftover foam is used as carpet underlay or pet beds, and all our packaging is up to 60% recycled or from approved FSC sources.

These are some of the common bases used with our mattresses:
Slats
(evenly spaced boards)
Sprung divan or box spring
(frame with springs set in)
Any supportive bed base — including adjustable — is suitable, as long as that's its dedicated purpose. The Hybrid Mattress is at its best on a sprung or rigid divan or slatted bed frame.
If you have a slatted base, quickly whip out the tape measure to check the slats aren't more than three inches apart.
