The Simba Dreamspace Project is an initiative set up by us in conjunction with two children's charities to combat Bed Poverty in the UK; this is when children or teenagers have no bed of their own to sleep in at night, so they’re forced to share a bed, or camp on a temporary bed, a sofa, or even the floor. And frighteningly, it’s an issue that's on the increase in the UK. But the Dreamspace Project will work hard to address that by giving children a comfy bed to call their own, a haven where they can sleep and of course, dream.
That’s what gave us the idea of the Simba Dreamspace Bed Bundle; this exclusive set comprises a Simba designed bed, mattress, duvet, pillows and mattress protector which is delivered to children in need across the UK with the help of our registered charity partners Barnardo’s* and Buttle UK**; with our products and their first-hand knowledge, we hope the Dreamspace Project will deliver better sleep to thousands of children in the years to come.

Our charity partners Barnardo’s and Buttle UK take care of the allocation of the Dreamspace Bed Bundles for us; they assess all requests on a case-by-case basis via their regional centres and support workers. If you or someone you know is in need of a Dreamspace Bed Bundle, please contact one of our charity partners directly so they can see if they are able to help in line with their processes.
After assessment, our charity partners will provide a redeemable code to a responsible adult who is nominated in the grant by the charity partner. That responsible adult must then complete an order on our Dreamspace website using the redeemable code.

There is no cost – for the bed bundle itself or the delivery of it – for a Dreamspace bed bundle allocated via redeemable code provided by one of our charity partners.
We welcome self-funded purchases of Dreamspace bundles, and you are welcome to order and pay for a Dreamspace bundle via the Dreamspace website.
It can take up to 10 days to receive a bed bundle depending on location, but it's normally quicker for addresses on mainland UK. The responsible adult nominated in the grant and order process will be emailed when the order has been processed, then the delivery partner will either call to book a delivery day or email/text with a proposed delivery date; if that date is unsuitable don't worry, we’ll suggest another one.
On the day of delivery, the driver will call the responsible adult nominated in the grant and order process when they’re the next stop - and once the bed bundle is delivered, they will be emailed with proof of delivery.

Yes, the Dreamspace mattress has a removable top cover which is machine washable at 40 degrees (on a gentle cycle) and line dried. Please do not tumble dry or iron it though.
Yes, but please make sure the machine is big enough (if you are in any doubt, use a larger commercial machine).
