We deliver in 3 business days (zero-contact or to a room of your choice). Standard delivery is free, and all Simba delivery services are completely carbon neutral. Mattress removal is available in most of the UK; you can select this option at checkout.
You can also choose at checkout to have your old mattress removed. Our two-person crew will do this at the same time as they deliver your new Simba mattress.
We’re confident it’ll be love at first night - but we give you 200 to be sure. If you decide to return your Simba, we’ll collect it for free (and don’t worry, we wouldn’t dream of asking you to get it back in the box).
If you prefer to spread the cost, you can without having to pay a penny more than if you paid up front in one go over 12 months. If you prefer long payment options we offer payments periods up to 4 years giving smaller monthly payments. You can also choose to pay nothing in the first year.

Use a vacuum cleaner or soft brush to remove surface dust on a weekly basis. To avoid material distortion or fading, keep your upholstered furniture away from direct sunlight. Any spills must be blotted with a soft, dry cloth or paper towel as soon as they occur. Do not rub stains or spills and work them from the outside edge inwards to avoid stains spreading. If in doubt, seek professional assistance.
Carbon neutral delivery is free as standard to most of the UK. In most cases, we deliver seven days a week when you pick a date at checkout. We’ll delivery with zero-contact or to a room of choice. And if you choose to return your bed frame during your 200 night trial, returns are also free in most of the UK.
If you decide the Simba bed base is not for you, just give us a call during the trial. We’ll arrange a free collection and refund the cost of your bed frame or any financing payments made (not including delivery charges). And don’t worry - we wouldn’t dream of asking you to get it back in the box.
Every Simba bed base comes with a ten-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. If it fails during that time, we’ll exchange it for a brand new one.
All of our deliveries are 100% carbon neutral. We have worked hard to measure all of the emissions we create and as a result have offset all greenhouse gas emissions for customer deliveries.

No, mattresses need to be purchased separately to your bed base. We offer an ultimate sleep bundle that includes a bed base, mattress, pillows and duvet, this will give you the full Simba experience and best value. If decide to add a mattress to your order, you will get an additional discount.
Your bed base will arrive in two boxes, measuring 1.4m wide by 1m high and 0.3m wide by 2m high respectively. Our courier will deliver to a room of your choice.
