We all have a unique relationship with sleep: some of us might fall asleep the moment our heads hit the pillow, and others struggle to sleep at all. Everything from work to our diets can influence this. But while stressful events might be out of our control, our habits aren’t. With our 2022/23 Bed Behaviour Report, we delved into our worst and best sleep habits, so we can start our journey to better sleep. You’ll see sleep patterns and energy levels, building your sleep profile even more. Before long, you’ll find your groove.
