The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, and agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
Entrants may enter the prize draw as much as they wish.
The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must use their account on the Instagram platform to complete three steps; (1) “follow” the @simbasleep and @saracensofficial Instagram accounts; (2) like the 'Showdown 4' Giveaway post on the Instagram platform; (3) tag one Instagram Friend in the Instagram post’s comments under the ‘Showdown 4’ Giveaway post on the Instagram platform
To enter the competition, participants must complete the three steps set out in clause 5 via the Instagram platform. Participants must comply with Instagram’s terms and conditions as may be applicable to them. After completing the steps in clause 5, you will be entered into the draw automatically. Any entries that do not fulfil one or all of the eligibility requirements set out in clause 5 at the time of the prize draw will be considered invalid.
The opening date and time for entries is 10:00 AM GMT on 13/03/2024. The closing date and time is 11:59 PM GMT on 20/03/2024.
One winner will be chosen by a randomly generated draw performed by a computer process on 21/02/2024.
The winner will be entitled to One (1) Hybrid® Luxe Mattress, One (1) Simba Bed of the Winner's choice, One (1) Hybrid® Duvet and Two (2) Hybrid® Pillows as well as Two (2) Tickets to the Saracens v. Harlequins Showdown 4 Game on the 23rd March 2024 (the "Ticket Prize").
The Ticket Prize comprises two General Admission tickets to the Saracens x Harlequins Showdown 4 Match Day at Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium. The Ticket Prize is claimed via the winner communicating with the Promoter via email, further details will be provided to the winner. No transport or accommodation is offered as part of the prize. All match tickets issued must be used not otherwise than in accordance with the ticketing terms and conditions set out for that match, issued by the governing body and/or match promoter of the match. All match tickets are subject to any other relevant terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, conditions of entry to the venue at which the match takes place.
The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram from the @simbasleep Instagram account only. The Promoter will not use any other Instagram account to communicate with the winner.
The Promoter will notify the winner no later than on 21/02/2024. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours of being notified by the Promoter that they were a winner, then that winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The Ticket Prize is subject to a very limited time window of availabilty owing to the closing date and time of the draw, so it may not be possible to complete more than one further draw before the match day on which the Ticket Prize is applicable. If this occurs, the elements of the prize draw other than the Ticket Prize will be awarded.
A code or voucher to order the the Simba Bundle to an address in the UK at no charge via www.simbasleep.com will be sent to the winner to facilitate the selection and delivery of the Simba Bundle.
The Ticket Prize will be delivered via an email address operated by the Promoter to the winner's nominated email address.
Delivery will be arranged for the winner by the Promoter via a third-party delivery service provider.
Each prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize or a component of any prize with an alternative prize or component of any prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place in compliance with 8.28.5 of the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will tag the winner on an Instagram post, posted by the @simbasleep Instagram account. The winner must reply to the direct message with their full name and UK delivery address for their prize, as the Promoter must provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. This is in the Promoter’s legitimate business interests under the UK GDPR/DPA.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of, or suspected of being in breach of, these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter or its agents or third-party delivery service providers, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Simba, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Entries and the component parts thereof shall, to the extent permissible by law, become the property of the Promoter and may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed to facilitate the award of the prize (Your personal information will be shared with our delivery partners), and our compliance with the requirements of this prize draw (Delivery information will be kept securely in our system as proof of delivery), and other purposes permitted under the UK GDPR/DPA. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
