PP20 DISCOUNT EMAIL T&CS

1. These terms and conditions (“PP20 Discount Code Offer Terms”) are provided by Simba Sleep Limited, company number 09703422 (“Simba”), and must be read in conjunction with, and subject to, Simba’s general Terms document, which is displayed at  https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms(“Simba’s General Terms”). Capitalised terms not elsewhere defined in these PP20 Discount Code Offer Terms have the same meaning as given to them in the Simba General Terms document.
2. The discount code (the “PP20 Discount Code”) transmitted via a promotional email and which is subject to these PP20 Discount Code Offer Terms (the “PP20 Code Offer”) is a discount code within the meaning of, and offered subject to, clauses 4.1 to 4.3 (inclusive) of the Simba General Terms document.
3. Simba’s Privacy Policy document, which is displayed at https://simbasleep.com/pages/privacy applies to discounts offered by Simba generally, and to the discount relevant to the PP20 Discount Code and PP20 Discount Code Offer specifically.
4. In these PP20 Discount Code Offer Terms, an “Eligible Product” means all new Simba Pillows, Duvets and Bedding accessories, Refurbished products and at Clearance price are excluded from this offer, further exclusions can be found in clause 9. 
5. Subject to these PP20 Discount Offer Terms, You may redeem the PP20 Discount Code for a 20% discount off any Eligible Product or Eligible Products (“Discount”). To redeem the PP20 Discount Code, enter the code in the relevant section of the shopping cart at checkout. The discount will apply when at least one Eligible Product is included in your shopping cart..
6. The PP20 Discount Code is only redeemable through the shopping cart functionality on the Website and is valid until the 31st December 2024, in accordance with these PP20 Discount Code Offer Terms and Simba’s General Terms. The promotional sale can be withdrawn, cancelled, or amended at any time
7. The Discount may only be redeemed in respect of Eligible Products ordered for delivery in the UK, and via the Website only.
8. The Discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, including, but not limited to, any price reduction promotion on the Website, including bundles offered on the Website and affiliate promotions.
9. The PP20 Discount Code does not apply to: a) all mattresses and all bed frames; b) any refurbished Products, or any Products which are offered at a clearance price;  c) any delivery method (including, but not limited to, any Special Delivery) for any Product, including any Eligible Product; d) any services whether furnished by Simba or another party which may be requested or ordered via the Website or otherwise (including, but not limited to, any installation service for which our Website indicates a fee is payable in respect of any bed Products); and/or e) any credit services or facility You may seek to use to purchase any Products.
10. Each customer is permitted one redemption of the PP20 Discount Code.
11. The PP20 Discount Code must be used in a single transaction.
12. Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the PP20 Discount Code Offer or invalidate the PP20 Discount Code at any time, considering it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or in any circumstances preventing proper administration of the PP20 Discount Code Offer not otherwise than in accordance with the PP20 Discount Code Offer Terms or pursuant to Simba’s General Terms.
