No. Just remember to strip your bed, mattress or topper of any bedding before the collection crew arrive.
We take payment through your preferred method when we despatch your bed, mattress or topper; in the unlikely event that you decide to return them, you’ll be fully refunded via the original payment method.
Refunds are processed when your returned item arrives back with us. If you’ve paid upfront in full, this generally takes 3-5 business days; if you’ve opted to spread the cost of buying your bed and mattress we'll cancel the agreement for you, and any instalments paid up to that point will be refunded within 10 business days.
Yes! We’d really like you to take them out of their protective packaging and make them part of your home. That’s what they were carefully designed and rigorously tested for.
But if you do decide to return your bed or mattress within the trial period, don't be surprised if we ask for a description of its condition; it doesn't mean we’re querying your right to return, it just helps us decide whether to recycle, refurbish or donate your returned item to charity.
No, you can rest easy. Because every single topper, bed and mattress is delivered new and unused. All returned toppers, beds and mattresses are either recycled, refurbished or donated to charity.
