How To Check And Claim
The whole thing is done online, and it's designed to be quick.
- Step one: start the check. Go to the discounts page on simbasleep.com, or click "Check eligibility" on any product page. You'll see the community hero price displayed next to the standard price, so you know what you'd save before you begin.
- Step two: verify your status. Verification is handled by our partner, GoCertify. You'll be asked for your choice of relevant details, such as your work or university email address, your mobile number, a payslip or an ID card. We don't process or keep any of your personal data for this. It's all handled securely by GoCertify.
- Step three: get your code. The process usually takes about thirty seconds. Once you've been verified, a code appears on your screen.
- Step four: use it at checkout. Shop as normal and continue to checkout. You'll see a box that says "Got a voucher? Redeem it here". Enter your code, click "Apply", and the discount comes straight off your basket.

Your code is used on its own, so it can't be combined with another Simba promotion or offer. During a sale, verified key workers and students receive a higher discount than the general offer, and you apply it to your basket in the same way.
