How Verification Works
We've partnered with GoCertify to handle verification, so we don't process or keep any of your personal data ourselves.
- Go to the discounts page on simbasleep.com, or select "Check eligibility" on any product page. You'll see the community hero price next to the standard price before you begin.
- Choose how you'd like to verify. Depending on your group, that could be a work or university email address, your mobile number, a payslip or an ID card.
- Once you're verified, which usually takes about thirty seconds, a code appears on screen.
- Shop as normal, and at checkout enter your code in the "Got a voucher? Redeem it here" box. The discount comes straight off your basket.
