WHY NOT TRY OUR AWARD-WINNING SLEEP TECH?
We give you the Simba Sleep experience, you save your hard-earned money, and together we reduce waste by extending the life of returned products.
This is what happens:
We test and inspect
We examine the quality and function of every product. By hand, by sight, whatever it takes.
We replace inside and out
Any component that fails our inspection is replaced with authentic Simba parts. No ifs, no buts, no corner cutting.
We cleanse and sanitise
Everything is either deep cleaned or sanitised to hospital standards. So it's pristine and squeaky clean.

All refurbished mattresses are covered by our 1 year, Certified Mattress Refurbishment Guarantee.
Simba is the most five-star rated mattress brand in the world. Because our unique Hybrid® mattress technology is designed to feel perfectly comfortable to everyone, no matter their shape or sleeping style.
It’s about offering improved pressure relief and full body alignment; Simba’s signature tech is designed to create a ‘hugged’, cradled feeling in the upper layers, and more support in the base layers, with adjustment for hips and shoulders.
P.S. We rate our Hybrid® Deluxe mattresses as ‘medium-firm’. There’s no universal firmness rating system in the industry, so we’ve aimed to align our designs with independent studies which show this is ideal for sleep quality and comfort
All refurbished mattresses are covered by our 1 year, Certified Mattress Refurbishment Guarantee.
It’s simple really: we’d love to help you sleep soundly and comfortably, so we use all the latest engineering and technology to do so. So have a read about all our unique innovations; at the very least, your new scientific knowledge will impress your friends…
Our technologists insisted on 8,500 springs in the Ultra, more than any other Simba
mattress. They said it was the path to perfection, and we couldn’t argue with that.
4,000 titanium alloy Aerocoil® micro springs;sit in the upper layers. You won’t be able
to feel them, but they compress individually in response to your body, supporting
pressure relief and helping to limit the transfer of movement.
3,500 high carbon steel Aerocoil® micro springs springs sit further down the mattress to
maximise support, gently pushing fresh air through the mattress as they compress.
The Hybrid® Ultra also features our SupportCore™ base, with 1,000 pocketed barrel
springs to ensure edge-to-edge support.
Traditional foam
We know being too hot stops us sleeping well. That’s why our tech team created cushioning Simbatex® foam in the first place. But the Ultra is the only Simba mattress to have a revolutionary, double layer of it.
Simbatex is an open structure foam, which is less dense and offers much better, springier elasticity and more airflow; it’s also infused with graphite, known to dissipate heat for a fresher night's sleep.
Thirteen layers? And every single one plays their part in helping you sleep better.
The Simba Hybrid® Ultra Mattress is 34cm deep and includes 8 carry handles (Single size has 4).

Rotate your mattress once a month for the first three months, then every three months or seasonally thereafter.
Top cover: the top section of the outer cover can be zipped off and washed at 40°C on a reduced spin cycle, then line dried (If it can’t be washed/dried/replaced in the same day, the inner fabric cover is suitable to sleep on.)
Base cover: the grey base fabric can be cleaned with a soft, damp, clean cloth using small circular motions.
Our tech team were laser-focussed on creating the most comfortable top layer for the Ultra. In lab tests, a combination of breathable wool, airy bamboo and charcoal was the best performer. But there was something missing.
Meet silky-soft kapok. Found in the rainforests of Southeast Asia, kapok is one of the lightest plant fibres on earth, with an air content of 80% and a fine wax coating that makes it moisture resistant. The high air content makes it breathable, resulting in enhanced airflow and fresher sleep.
Being inventive isn’t always about creating new materials; sometimes it’s about finding fresh ways to use traditional ones. Which is exactly what our tech team did with latex and, coconut.
PureLift™ is the fusion of elastic latex and breathable coconut fibres, famous for their properties of resistance and bounce. In product testing, this unique blend created an incredible spring-like layer with superb airflow and pressure distribution, designed to adapt to your body shape to provide exceptional and complete support.
We believe protecting the planet is as important as quality sleep.

These are some of the common bases used with our mattresses:
Slats
(evenly spaced boards)
Sprung divan or box spring
(frame with springs set in)
Any supportive bed base — including adjustable — is suitable, as long as that's its dedicated purpose. Our Hybrid® mattresses are at their best on a sprung or rigid divan or slatted bed frame.
If you have a slatted base, quickly whip out the tape measure to check the slats aren't more than three inches apart.
