European Single mattresses

These mattresses are an EU single size, measuring 90cmW x 200cmL with a minimum of 25cm depth. The European single size is only available in our Hybrid® Original mattress; you’ll find a standard UK single size in the rest of our range.

If you need a bigger EU size mattress for your bed, we also have a range of roomy EU Queen size mattresses in our Hybrid® Original, Pro and Luxe models, and EU Double Mattresses in our Hybrid® Original and Pro models. 

European single mattresses are slightly longer than UK single size mattresses, so do check the size of your bed carefully before you make your choice. The extra length may also mean you need to measure your bedroom, carefully making sure you have plenty of room around the bed and that you can open any drawers, cupboards and doors.  

Once you’ve put your tape measure away, you need to consider who you want to buy a European single mattress for, and how often it’s going to be used. Bear in mind, it’ll get heavy use from kids and teenagers, who’ll need good support and space as they grow. EU Single mattresses are also a great option for guest rooms, either on their own or in a pair; Simba EU single mattresses are designed to offer fresher comfort for any sleeper.

We’re happy to say most mattresses returned to us are refurbished by our trusted third partner. You can rest assured that all the European single mattresses for sale at Simba are suitable for recycling via our collection service or specialist providers. If you return it during your 200-night trial (or under our 10-year guarantee), your mattress will be refurbished, and any with too much wear and tear are recycled. As for when your mattress reaches the end of its life, we offer a specialised Simba Mattress Recycling Service on our website. You just need to pay a small fee, and we collect it for you. It doesn’t matter what brand or size it is; there’s also no Simba purchase necessary.

Yes, you have 200 nights to try our EU single mattresses without losing your right to return free of charge: if you’re decide you’re not happy within that time, we’ll collect it for you for free.

Actually we rate all our Hybrid® EU single mattresses as medium-firm. Because although there’s no universal industry system that scores one firm mattress against another, we’ve designed our mattresses to offer the supportive body alignment and soothing pressure relief customers need for a medium-firm feel.
