Reflexology is based on the ancient Chinese belief in Qi, or "vital energy"; practitioners believe there are nine points on the soles of the feet that correspond to different parts of the body, and that massaging these points can keep the body’s energy pathways flowing, assisting stress relief, pain relief and blood circulation.

That’s why our slippers feature their ingenious, zoned footbed; each of the nine points are filled with a unique gel that gently massages your soles. So, whether you’re relaxing before bed or walking to the shops it’s not just superb comfort you’re getting - you’re also taking a big step towards feeling great.
