The most common sleep position, side sleeping is also recommended if you’re either pregnant or suffer from sleep apnoea and snoring. With a long, curved shape, our Body Pillow encourages optimum alignment by reducing pressure on shoulders and hips. As a maternity pillow, it supports both hips and bump.
