When your mattress arrives
The Big Unboxing
Be careful as you cut the wrapping and make sure you don’t cut through to the mattress cover.
Please store your mattress flat until you need it.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION – PLEASE READ
Do not use more than one mattress in the cot.
Be aware of the risk of open fire and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc. in the near vicinity of the cot.
- Do not use the product if any part is broken; torn or missing and use only spare parts approved by the manufacturer
- Air the mattress regularly
- Ensure the mattress is completely dry before use
- Avoid overheating the baby and follow good hygiene
- if you pass this mattress on to someone else, please remind them of the QR code instructions.
- This mattress is intended for use in cot beds
- Please note the maximum gap between the mattress and any sides/ ends of the cot should never exceed 30mm.

This mattress conforms to BS EN16890 (Childrens Furniture: mattresses for cots & cribs) and BS7177 (Resistance to ignition: mattresses, mattress pads, divan & bed bases). Includes 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
How to recycle your packaging
To protect the mattress in transit, it arrives in a sturdy, FSC certified cardboard box and damp-proof plastic wrap (30% recycled).)
Most curb side services will collect the cardboard, but the plastic will probably need to be taken to a local drop off point (which will usually be your nearest large supermarket)

Zip-off outer cover: machine washable at 40°C (Delicates)
Please DO NOT use bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
Fixed water-resistant inner cover: spills need cleaning as soon as possible and should be wiped clean with a mild detergent only

How to dispose of this mattress
It might seem odd to talk about this when your cot bed mattress has only just arrived, but we think you’ll be happy to hear it.
Because with no foam or glue, this mattress is 100% recyclable. So all you need to do is take it to your local recycling centre.
