Simba Sleep and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk promotion terms

1.      This joint Promotion, the Simba Sleep and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion, is subject to these Simba Sleep Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Simba and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion Terms”), promoted jointly by Simba Sleep Limited, UK company 9703422 (Simba) in conjunction with Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk. 

2.      These Simba and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion Terms are subject to the overarching terms and definitions set out in of Simba's general Terms document set out at www.simbasleep.com/pages/terms/ (Simba General Terms) updated 28 August 2024 and adjusted on 10 September 2024.

3.      These Simba and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion Terms import terms and meanings defined and capitalised in the Simba General Terms. The Simba and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion is a Third Party Offer within the meaning of the Simba General Terms.  Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk is a Third Party Promoter within the meaning of the Simba General Terms, and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk is designated by Simba to verify Consumer Group membership for the purposes of a consumer accessing a Collective Discount within the meaning of the Simba General Terms as of the date of these Simba and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion Terms.

4.      You must comply with the specific conditions of the Simba General Terms which are applicable to accessing Collective Discounts as a member of a Consumer Group. The Simba Sleep and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion is only available to You if You have been verified by Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk as a member of a Consumer Group, and you remain a member of that same Consumer Group at the time of redemption of a unique discount code or other redemption mechanic provided by Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk (“Promo Code”), and not otherwise than as set out in the Simba General Terms’ Clause 4.5’s subclauses (each an "Eligible Person").

5.      Eligible Persons must use the Promo Code strictly in accordance with these Simba and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion Terms, the Simba General Terms, and any promotional terms which may be applicable and operating on the Website as of the date of use of a Promo Code.

6.      The Promotion, via redemption of the Promo Code, provides a discount or saving (“Promo Saving”) off the undiscounted, full price of selected Products when an Eligible Person purchases selected Products via the shopping cart checkout on the Website only, subject to certain conditions.

7.      A Promo Saving is a variable percentage off the full, non-promotional price of Products. The Promo Saving is subject to change. The rate for the Promo Saving is set out at Sleep Tech Sale T&Cs (simbasleep.com) when redeeming and no non-Collective Discount-specific promotional offers are set out on the Website. A Discount Saving may be redeemed while non-Collective Discount-specific promotional offers are displayed on the Website, subject to term 8 herein.  

8.      No Promo Code may be used to redeem a Promo Discount in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or discount on the Website, unless a specific term referencing Simba Sleep and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion as a Third Party Offer is included in the promotional terms and conditions on the Website, and then subject to the terms applicable to Third Party Offers as therein set out. For the purposes of interpreting promotional terms on the Website, this is a Joint Promoter Terms Document. Where Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk is listed as a Joint Promoter in promotional terms and conditions, a Third Party Offer Exemption applies, and those promotional terms and conditions specify the relevant Promo Saving. 9.      The following Products or combinations of Products are always excluded from this Simba and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion; any Product or combination of Products when bought as part of a “Bundle” (being a combined price for two or more products) or “Combination” offer (being discounts off an individual Product or multiple Products where bought in conjunction with another Product but not offered at a combined price), all Products offered on a clearance basis, all refurbished Products, and any other Product, goods, fees, or services listed in the general Terms which are excluded from promotional offering calculations or discounting. Additional exclusions may apply pursuant to non-Collective Discount-specific promotional offer terms set out on the Website.

10.  Any Promo Code cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.  

11.  An Eligible Person may redeem one Promo Code and Promo Discount per Eligible Person.

12.  Simba reserves the right to vary, cancel, or discontinue the Simba Sleep and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion or decline to honour, vary, or cancel any Promo Code available under the Simba Sleep and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion for any reason, at any time, without notice.

13.  If you are unable to locate or operate the Promo Code, please contact Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk. If you are unable to redeem the Promo Code you have obtained from Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk for the Promo Discount, please contact Simba.

14.  These terms took effect and superseded all prior promotional terms offered by Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk in respect of Simba, and all promotional offers’ terms, including discount levels associated with Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk on the date of these Simba and Nhsdiscountoffers.co.uk Promotion Terms.
