Good for you, good for the planet.
Rest easy as every Simba mattress is made from Simba-Pure.
Foam in other brand’s mattresses include TCPP and other chemicals - including phosphate, parabens, biocides and persistent organic pollutants. These chemicals are safe to you but are old ingredients to meet fire safety regulations.
All those chemicals aren’t good for the planet... After years of research and development, Simba produced Simba-Pure, a purer foam that is free from those chemicals. Of course, it exceeds fire safety regulations.
Pure innovation that’s better for you, and better for the planet.
And that all adds up to longer, deeper, cooler Simba sleep.
An instant upgrade
It's not a Hybrid king size mattress, but it's the next best spring. Our spare room saviour has the perfect balance of comfort and support - so everyone can wake up on the right side.
Rest easy, anywhere
Spare room, pull-out or blow-up: if a king size mattress doesn't measure up, just layer on the comfort.
Roll with it
Snug-fit straps mean a wriggle free sleep - plus it's quick to roll so you can take your Simba sleep wherever you go.
Patented springs that like to hug
Our innovatively shaped conical springs pivot and hug close to your body. So however you sleep, you're supported from all angles - and less likely to disturb your partner.
Cool, calm and connected
Our breathable sleep surface, Simbatex air-flow layer, pocket springs and 3D mesh fabric are all designed to let heat escape so you can chill out.
We rest better when we know your honest opinion of us. Check out reviews from Simba sleepers below, and please add your own.
About the Product
A king size mattress topper is an additional layer used to boost the comfort of an existing mattress (though you won't need it for the Simba Hybrid® Mattress!). The Simba Hybrid® king size mattress topper is the same length and width as a UK king size mattress - just slimmer. The dimensions are 150cm x 200cm x 7cm.
If you've invested in the extra space afforded by a king size bed, you're definitely a comfort seeker. But if your mattress still doesn't feel quite right - and changing it isn't on the cards right now - you can still use a double mattress topper for an instant upgrade.
Latex king size mattress topper: A natural material that tends to be a bit firmer than memory foam, durable, and good for reducing motion transfer. On the downside, it can be sweaty, and some people are allergic to latex.
Memory foam king size mattress topper: Memory foam is adaptable and tends to be budget-friendly, but it can make you feel like you're sinking in too much and tends to get hot.
Fibre fill king size mattress topper: Not dissimilar to putting a thick duvet onto the bed, these are budget friendly and tend to be hypoallergenic. But they don't offer much support.
Foam and springs king size mattress topper: Springs are not easy to find in a king size mattress topper, but are a great way to balance support and comfort and upgrade a mattress.
It's hard enough to find a king size mattress topper that offers the comfort of foam with the support of springs. Not only have we done that, we've used the same specially shaped, 100% British steel springs that we put into our Hybrid® Mattress. They move individually in their pockets, and the cone-shape helps them flex in all directions to offer fantastic weight distribution and pressure relief for the shoulders, spine and hips. Plus there's none of the clunky bounciness you get with old-fashioned, traditional springs. And there's a layer of our unique Simbatex air-flow foam, which combines comfort with cooling. Thought we couldn't beat our Hybrid® Mattress? We didn't, we just topped it.
A king size bed linen set includes a king size duvet cover and two pillowcases in the standard size for a UK king size bed.
Anywhere you have a king size bed, you'll want to help your bedding stay in better condition for longer. If you love the indulgent comfort of a big bed, you'll likely also want to give your master bedroom a welcoming, coordinating to make it as inviting as possible. And a king size bed linen set that uses right fabrics and structure can contribute to a better sleep environment, too.
As the material closest to your skin, your single bed linen should provide a layer of comfort and luxury. Freshly washed and changed sheets are considered one of the greatest small pleasures in life, so looking for fabrics that'll make every night feel like a treat is key.
No-one likes to feel overheated in bed - it gets in the way of good sleep and makes for sweaty bedsheets! One way to avoid this is by looking for clever technology in your bedsheets, like the plant-based moisture-wicking fabric TENCEL™. This can be blending with natural, breathable fabrics like silk, bamboo, linen and the traditional favourite: cotton. Even if you don't fancy a slippery sateen finish, you can get all the softness of silkier fabrics when you combine cotton with a plant-based fibre like TENCEL™ - two benefits in one.
Equating thread count with quality is a bit of a marketing myth - it's only one factor among many including yarn quality, weave, structure and finish. You're much better off looking for king size bed linen that's designed to do what you need it to, such as blending fabrics to help regulate temperature.
Our king size bed linen combines the breathability of 50% cotton with the temperature regulation and moisture wicking of 50% TENCEL™ to keep you cool and comfortable all night long. The result is a seriously soft, light fabric that's finished to a high standard with button closures on the duvet cover. Our TENCEL™ comes from sustainable sources, and its production process is low impact - anything left over is put straight back into making the next batch.
