WSD20 Discount T&Cs
- These terms and conditions (“WSD20 Discount Code Offer Terms”) are provided by Simba Sleep Limited, company number 09703422 (“Simba”), and must be read in conjunction with, and subject to, Simba’s general Terms document, which is displayed at https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms (“Simba’s General Terms”). Capitalised terms not elsewhere defined in these WSD20 Discount Code Offer Terms have the same meaning as given to them in the Simba General Terms document.
- The discount code (the “WSD20 Discount Code”) transmitted via a World Sleep Day promotional email and which is subject to these WSD20 Discount Code Offer Terms (the “WSD20 Code Offer”) is a discount code within the meaning of, and offered subject to, clauses 4.1 to 4.3 (inclusive) of the Simba General Terms document.
- Simba’s Privacy Policy document, which is displayed at https://simbasleep.com/pages/privacy applies to discounts offered by Simba generally, and to the discount relevant to the WSD20 Discount Code and WSD20 Discount Code Offer specifically.
- Subject to these WSD20 Discount Offer Terms, You may redeem the WSD20 Discount Code for a 20% discount off (“Discount”) off total order value of over £300 with the selection of certain Products purchased via the Website, subject to these WSD20 Discount Code Offer Terms . Redemption of the WSD20 Discount Code occurs by including the WSD20 Discount Code in the relevant section of the shopping cart functionality on the Website during checkout, and where applicable, this will apply the Discount to the shopping cart.
- The WSD20 Discount Code expires 19 March 2024 at 23:59pm, unless or until the WSD20 Discount Code is cancelled earlier.
- The Discount may only be redeemed in respect of Simba Products ordered for delivery in the UK, and via the Website only.
- The Discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, including, but not limited to, any price reduction promotion on the Website, any bundle offered on the Website, or any affiliate promotion.
- The WSD20 Discount Code is not valid for any reduction to the costs or fees associated any of the following; a) orders that are placed with a total basket value of under £300; b) any refurbished Products or any Products which are offered at a clearance price; c) any delivery method (including, but not limited to, any Special Delivery); d) any services whether furnished by Simba or another party which may be requested or ordered via the Website (including, but not limited to, the Mattress Recycling Service); and/or e) any credit services or facility You may seek to use to purchase Products.
- Only one redemption of the WSD20 Discount Code is permitted per email address.
- You must redeem the WSD20 Discount Code in one transaction.
- Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the WSD20 Discount Code Offer or invalidate the WSD20 Discount Code at any time where it considers it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or where it is prevented from administering the WSD20 Discount Code Offer not otherwise than in accordance with the WSD20 Discount Code Offer Terms or pursuant to Simba’s General Terms.
