Capitalised terms not elsewhere defined in these Newsletter Discount Code Offer Terms have the same meaning as given to them in the Simba General Terms document.

The discount code (the “Newsletter Discount Code”) transmitted via a newsletter email and which is subject to these Newsletter Discount Code Offer Terms (the “Newsletter Code Offer”) is a discount code within the meaning of, and offered subject to, clauses 4.1 to 4.3 (inclusive) of the Simba General Terms document.
  3. Simba’s Privacy Policy document, which is displayed at https://simbasleep.com/pages/privacy applies to newsletters offered by Simba generally, and to the newsletter relevant to the Newsletter Discount Code and Newsletter Discount Code Offer specifically.
  4. Subject to these Newsletter Discount Offer Terms, You may redeem the Newsletter Discount Code for a 20% discount off (“Discount”) off the price of certain Products purchased via the Website, subject to these Newsletter Discount Code Offer Terms . Redemption of the Newsletter Discount Code occurs by including the Newsletter Discount Code in the relevant section of the shopping cart functionality on the Website during checkout, and where applicable, this will apply the Discount to the shopping cart.
  5. The Newsletter Discount Code expires 20 May 2024, unless or until the Newsletter Discount Code is cancelled earlier.
  6. The Discount may only be redeemed in respect of Simba Products ordered for delivery in the UK, and via the Website only.

The Newsletter Discount Code is not valid for any reduction to the costs or fees associated any of the following; a) any refurbished Products or any Products which are offered at a clearance price;  b) any delivery method (including, but not limited to, any Special Delivery); c) any services whether furnished by Simba or another party which may be requested or ordered via the Website (including, but not limited to, the Mattress Recycling Service); and/or d) any credit services or facility You may seek to use to purchase Products.
  9. Only one redemption of the Newsletter Discount Code is permitted per email address.
  10. You must redeem the Newsletter Discount Code in one transaction.
  11. Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the Newsletter Discount Code Offer or invalidate the Newsletter Discount Code at any time where it considers it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or where it is prevented from administering the Newsletter Discount Code Offer not otherwise than in accordance with the Newsletter Discount Code Offer Terms or pursuant to Simba’s General Terms.
