Your pillow comes with a recycled, re-useable, zipped storage bag. To protect it during transit, it arrives in a damp-proof, plastic (50% recycled) mailer bag.
The plastic mailer bag will probably need to be taken to a local drop off point (usually your nearest large supermarket).

You can lower the height and adjust the firmness of your Hybrid pillow by removing some of the Nanotubes® at the core; we’ve included a little drawstring storage bag for them (if you’d like to add more, just get in touch with our customer service team).
If your pillow starts to feel a bit flat, open up the inner pillow of Nanocubes® and give them a shiggle by hand; it’ll restore their bounce and shape.
It’s a good idea to wash your pillow cover every few months (particularly for allergy sufferers), or at least twice a year. We recommend a gentle wash with non-bio detergent, and a cool tumble dry, but please don’t dry clean.

The pillow filling is biodegradable but the other materials we use are recyclable, so please take your pillow to your local Household Waste Recycling centre for full recycling.
