Your pillow comes with a recycled, re-useable, zipped storage bag. To protect it in transit, it arrives in a damp-proof, plastic (50% recycled) mailer bag.
The plastic mailer bag will probably need to be taken to a local drop off point (usually your nearest large supermarket).
If you’re unsure where your nearest drop off point is, you can use this recycling locator (opens in a new window)
It’s a good idea to wash the pillow cover every few months (particularly for allergy sufferers), or at least twice a year.
We recommend a gentle wash with non-bio detergent, and a cool tumble dry.
Dry cleaning isn’t recommended due to the use of chemicals that can affect the filling.

It might seem odd to talk about this when your pillow has only just arrived, but we promise you’ll be happy to hear it. Because your new Cooling Body Pillow is 100% biodegradable in landfill (or even waste water); the filler is made from recycled PET bottles which (given the correct temperature and moisture levels) will break down naturally in roughly two years.
So you can rest easy. Just take your old pillow to your local recycling centre or textile collection bin - the magic that is Simba Bio Renew® will do the rest.
