November Customer Survey – November 2023

Simba Sleep Limited, UK company Number 09703422, registered office address 5th Floor, Halo, Counterslip, Bristol, BS1 6AJ ("Simba") is inviting selected previous customers to complete an online survey accessible via the URL https://simbaj.typeform.com/to/lmRri8FX to help Simba better understand our different customers, and their journeys, good or bad, in using Simba products (“November Customer Survey”). The November Customer Survey is subject to Simba’s general Terms document, accessible at https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms/, and Simba’s Privacy Policy document, accessible at https://simbasleep.com/pages/privacy/. 

Survey responses will not be associated with any email address provided. 

Participants in the Survey will be entered into a competition draw to win prizes (“Promotion”), subject to the terms and conditions set out below. 

Terms and Conditions – Customer Research Survey Prize Draw November 2023 

 The Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”);  

1. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over invited by Simba to complete the Survey except employees of Simba, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
3. All entries must be submitted by visiting the URL https://simbaj.typeform.com/to/lmRri8FX and fully and accurately completing the Survey.
4. The opening date for entries is 09:00 GMT on 3rd November 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 GMT on 24th November 2023. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. Simba accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.
6. The use of any script, macro or any not dissimilar automated system or method, to enter the Promotion, is prohibited, and entries made (or which, in Simba’s opinion and determined at Simba’s sole discretion, appear to have been made) using any such script, macro or automated system or method, may be treated as void at Simba’s sole discretion. Any illegible, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be rejected or held to be void
7. Winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on or about 11 November 2023 ("Draw Date").
8. The winner of the major price will receive one (1) Simba Hybrid® Sleep Bundle containing one (1) Hybrid® Mattress, one (1) Simba Hybrid® duvet and two (2) Simba Hybrid® pillows to be delivered to one address within the UK of the winner’s choice, subject to stock availability. 
9. The winners of the 25 runners up prizes will receive one (1) Simba Hybrid® Pillow, each to be delivered to an address of each winner’s choice within the UK, subject to stock availability. 
10. Winners will be notified by email on the afternoon of 27 November 2023 and must provide a delivery address in the UK to claim their prize. If any winner does not respond to Simba within 7 days of being notified by the Simba, then that winner's prize will be forfeited, and Simba will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above
11. Winners must communicate to Simba via email the desired delivery address for any prize as soon as reasonably practicable. Prizes will be delivered to the address specified by the winners, provided it is within the UK, at Simba’s expense, within 30 days of the date on which the Winner is contacted.
12. Entrants may only submit one entry. If Simba determines that any entrant has submitted more than one entry to the Promotion, whether such determination is made before or after a prize draw, Simba reserves the right to regard all of that entrant’s entries as invalid.
13. The prizes for the winners are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. If, for reasons beyond Simba’s reasonable control, Simba is unable to award a prize as described in these Promotion Terms, Simba reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at its absolute sole discretion, the cash value of the relevant prize.
14. The winners are each responsible for paying all associated costs that are not specifically stated in these Terms, whether in redeeming a prize or otherwise.
15. The decision of Simba regarding any aspect of the prize draw or administration of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
16. Simba must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter may send the surname and county of major prize winners to any person who writes to Simba’s registered office address (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via hello@simbasleep.com. In such circumstances, Simba must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to being bound by the Promotion Terms upon entry. 
18. Simba reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, and/or to refuse any entry, or to refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of the Promotion Terms.
19. The Promotion is subject to Simba’s general Terms document, accessible at https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms/, and Simba’s Privacy Policy document, accessible at https://simbasleep.com/pages/privacy/. These Promotion Terms must be read in conjunction with the Simba general Terms and Simba’s Privacy Policy, as these Promotion Terms and information submitted in response to the Survey are handled subject to each of those documents.
20. In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and either Simba’s Privacy Policy or Simba’s general Terms documents the general Terms document or Privacy Policy documents shall take precedence. 
21. Simba always has the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, with or without cause.
22. 22. These Promotion Terms and the Promotion itself are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
23. 23. In the event of any conflict between any matter referred to in promotional materials regarding the Promotion, and these Promotion Terms, these Promotion Terms shall take precedence. 
24. 24. Simba is the promoter of the Promotion.
