- The Promoter of this prize draw is Simba Sleep Limited of 5th floor, Halo, Counterslip, Bristol, BS1 6AJ, United Kingdom
- The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, and agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
- Entrants may enter the prize draw as much as they wish.
- The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
- To enter, participants must use their account on the Facebook platform to complete three steps; (1) like the Simba Ultimate Festival Bundle Giveaway post on the Facebook platform; (2) follow the Simba Sleep Facebook account; (3) Comment the name of the festival you are, or would like to be, attending; (4) tag one Facebook Friend in the Facebook post’s comments under the ‘Simba Ultimate Festival Bundle' Giveaway post on the Facebook platform for an extra entry
- To enter the competition, participants must complete the three steps set out in clause 5 via the Facebook platform. Participants must comply with Facebook’s terms and conditions as may be applicable to them. After completing the steps in clause 5, you will be entered into the draw automatically. Any entries that do not fulfil one or all of the eligibility requirements set out in clause 5 at the time of the prize draw will be considered invalid.
- The opening date and time for entries is 10:00 AM GMT on 21/06/2024. The closing date and time is 11:59 PM GMT on 24/06/2024.
- One winner will be chosen by a randomly generated draw performed by a computer process on 25/06/2024.
- The winner will be entitled to One (1) Hybrid Pillow; (1) Hybrid Mattress Topper in the size of their choice as well as (1) Hybrid Duvet in the size of their choice (the "Ticket Prize").
- The winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook from the Simba Sleep Facebook account only. The Promoter will not use any other Facebook account to communicate with the winner.
- The Promoter will notify the winner no later than 25/06/2024. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours of being notified by the Promoter that they were a winner, then that winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The Ticket Prize is subject to a very limited time window of availability owing to the closing date and time of the draw, so it may not be possible to complete more than one further draw before the match day on which the Ticket Prize is applicable. If this occurs, the elements of the prize draw other than the Ticket Prize will be awarded.
- A code or voucher will be sent to the winner to facilitate the selection and delivery of their chosen products.
- The Ticket Prize will be delivered via an email address operated by the Promoter to the winner's nominated email address.
- Delivery will be arranged for the winner by the Promoter via a third-party delivery service provider.
- Each prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize or a component of any prize with an alternative prize or component of any prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place in compliance with 8.28.5 of the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will tag the winner on an Facebook post, posted by the Simba Sleep Facebook account. The winner must reply to the direct message with their full name and UK delivery address for their prize, as the Promoter must provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. This is in the Promoter’s legitimate business interests under the UK GDPR/DPA.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of, or suspected of being in breach of, these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter or its agents or third-party delivery service providers, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Simba, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Entries and the component parts thereof shall, to the extent permissible by law, become the property of the Promoter and may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed to facilitate the award of the prize (Your personal information will be shared with our delivery partners), and our compliance with the requirements of this prize draw (Delivery information will be kept securely in our system as proof of delivery), and other purposes permitted under the UK GDPR/DPA. See also condition 19 with regard to the announcement of the winner.
- These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
