The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, and agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
To enter, participants must take part in a street interview conducted by or on behalf of the Promoter and guess the number of Nanocubes® contained in a Simba Hybrid Pillow. The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
The competition will take place on Wednesday 21 October 2026 during street interviews conducted by or on behalf of the Promoter. Entries must be submitted during the street interview activity on that date to be eligible.
The correct number of Nanocubes® in a Simba Hybrid Pillow is 3,200. The three winners will be the eligible participants whose guesses are closest to the correct answer. Each winner may win only one prize. In the event of a tie for a winning position, the Promoter will determine the winner using a fair tie-break procedure.
There are three (3) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) Simba Hybrid Pillow. A maximum of one pillow may be awarded to each winner.
Following the street interview activity, the Promoter will review the footage and entries to determine the three winners based on the closest guesses to the correct answer. Winners will be contacted directly by Simba Sleep on Thursday 22 October 2026 using the contact details collected during the street interview activity. The Promoter will provide further instructions on how winners can claim their prizes.
The Promoter will notify the winner no later than on 22/10/2026 and must provide a postal address in the UK to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 working days of being notified by the Promoter that they were a winner, then that winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize will be sent to the winner by post free of charge within 5 working days of being notified of their win.
Delivery will be arranged for the winner by the Promoter via a third-party delivery service provider.
Each prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize or a component of any prize with an alternative prize or component of any prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place in compliance with 8.28.5 of the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing. The winner must reply to the email with their full name and UK delivery address for their prize, as the Promoter must provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. This is in the Promoter’s legitimate business interests under the UK GDPR/DPA.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of, or suspected of being in breach of, these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter or its agents or third-party delivery service providers, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Simba, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Entries and the component parts thereof shall, to the extent permissible by law, become the property of the Promoter and may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed to facilitate the award of the prize (Your personal information will be shared with our delivery partners), and our compliance with the requirements of this prize draw (Delivery information will be kept securely in our system as proof of delivery), and other purposes permitted under the UK GDPR/DPA. See also condition 17 with regard to the announcement of the winner.
These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
