Saracens X Simba Christmas Giveaway - Competition T&Cs 

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Simba Sleep Limited of 5th floor, Halo, Counterslip, Bristol, BS1 6AJ, United Kingdom. The Promoter is working in partnership with Saracens Ltd, Greenlands Lane, Hendon, London, NW4 1RL in providing certain prizes in this prize draw. 

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter or Saracens Ltd, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. 

1. Entrants may enter the prize draw multiple times, by making multiple comments and multiple reposts to the Instagram story of the giveaway post, where the sequence set out in Condition 5 is followed in each instance. 

1. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. 

1. To enter, participants must use their account on the Instagram platform to complete four steps; (1) “follow” the @simbasleep Instagram account and @Saracensofficial Instagram account ; (2) like the “Saracens X Simba Christmas Giveaway” post on the Instagram platform; (3) tag three Instagram Friends in the Instagram post’s comments under the “Saracens X Simba Christmas Giveaway ” post on the Instagram platform; and (4) share the “Saracens X Simba Christmas Giveaway” post on their own Instagram story and also tag @simbasleep on this story on the Instagram platform.  

1. To enter the prize draw, participants must complete each of the four steps set out in condition 5 via the Instagram platform. Participants must comply with Instagram’s terms and conditions as may be applicable to Participants. Any entries that do not fulfil one or all of the eligibility requirements set out in clause 5 at the time of the prize draw will be considered invalid.  

1. The opening date for entries to the prize draw is 12:00 PM GTM on 14 December 2023. The closing 11:59 PM GMT on 21 December 2023 

1. One winner will be chosen by a randomly generated draw performed by a computer process on 22 December 2023. This process of the draw will be recorded.  

1. There will be only one prize winner. The prize winner will receive prizes comprising; four match tickets to one Saracens, details of and conditions relevant to which are further elaborated condition 10 (the “Ticket Prize”), a mystery goodie bag (the “Mystery Bag” prize), and a bundle of Simba products (the “Simba Hybrid Bundle”), comprising a Hybrid Luxe Mattress of the size of each winner's choice, a Hybrid Duvet of the size of each winner's choice, 2 Hybrid Pillows and a Mattress Protector of the size of each winner's choice with an aggregate Recommended Retail Price of the products contained within the Simba Hybrid Bundle of up to £2036.30. 

1. The Ticket Prize comprises four General Admission tickets to one Saracens match day at StoneX Stadium. The Ticket Prize match day must be selected and redeemed by the winner within 3 months of the date of the prize draw. Ticket prizes must be selected and claimed via the winner communicating with the Promoter via email, further details will be provided to the winner. While every effort will be made to accommodate the winner’s choice of match day, the Ticket Prize is subject to availability and the discretion of Saracens Ltd as to the match day on which the Ticket Prize tickets are granted. No transport or accommodation is offered as part of the prize. All match tickets issued must be used not otherwise than in accordance with the ticketing terms and conditions set out for that match, issued by the governing body and/or match promoter of the match. All match tickets are subject to any other relevant terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, conditions of entry to the venue at which the match takes place. 

1. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram from the @simbasleep Instagram account only. The Promoter will not use any other Instagram account to communicate with the winner. 

1. The Promoter will notify the winner not later than on 22 December 2023 and the winner must provide a delivery address in the UK and an email address to coordinate the claim of their prizes. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 working days of being notified by the Promoter that they were the winner, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described at Condition 8 above. 

1. The Simba Hybrid Bundle will be sent to the winner via a delivery provider free of charge within 5 working days of the winner confirming the size preferences for the products comprising the winner’s preferred Simba Hybrid Bundle.  

1. The Ticket Prize will be delivered via an email address operated by the Promoter in accordance with the process set out in Condition 10 above. The Mystery Bag Prize will be picked up by the winner on the day of the Saracens match day relevant to the Ticket Prize at a location at StoneX Stadium, further details on will be provided to the winner. 

1. Each prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

1. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize or a component of any prize with an alternative prize or component of any prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so. 

1. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

1. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place in compliance with 8. 28.5 of the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will tag the winner on an Instagram post, posted by the @simbasleep Instagram account. The winner must reply to the direct message with their full name and UK delivery address for their prize, as the Promoter must provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. This is in the Promoter’s legitimate business interests under the UK GDPR/DPA. 

1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of, or suspected of being in breach of, these terms and conditions. 

1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 

1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter or its agents or third-party delivery service providers, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Simba, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

1. Entries and the component parts thereof shall, to the extent permissible by law, become the property of the Promoter and may be used for marketing or promotional purposes. 

1. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed to facilitate the award of the prize (your personal information will be shared with our delivery partners), and our compliance with the requirements of this prize draw (delivery information will be kept securely in our system as proof of delivery), and other purposes permitted under the UK GDPR/DPA. See also condition 18 with regard to the announcement of the winner and condition 8 with regard to evidencing that a valid prize draw took place. 

1. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
