1. The Promoter
1.1 The promoter is: Simba Sleep Limited (Company Number 09703422) of 5th Floor, Halo, Counterslip, Bristol, BS1 6AJ ("Simba")
2. The competition
2.1 The title of the promotion is the Simba Review Promotion, Monthly Prize Draw and Discount Code Offer (the “Promotion”). All capitalised terms defined in the Simba General Terms appearing in these terms have the meanings given to them there. These terms must be read together with the Simba General Terms and Simba Website Privacy Policy.
2.2 The Promotion consists of:
(a) a monthly prize draw for eligible customers who submit a qualifying product review in accordance with these terms; and
(b) a 20% discount code offer for eligible customers who submit a qualifying product review.
The discount code offer is separate from, and does not replace or override, the monthly prize draw.
3. How to enter
3.1 Definition of Reviewable Product: A Reviewable Product means any product purchased directly from the Promoter's website that qualifies for review and entry into the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to determine which products are eligible as Reviewable Products.
3.2 This is an ongoing promotion open to eligible customers who receive an automated product review invitation email from the Promoter after placing an order through the Promoter’s website, from [insert go-live date]. Each calendar month is a separate prize draw period (a “Monthly Draw Period”), beginning at 00:00 on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 on the last day of that month, UK time.
3.3 Definition of Entry: An entry means a qualifying product review submitted via Yotpo in response to a direct invitation from the Promoter. Only reviews received through this method will be considered valid entries.
3.4 Each Reviewable Product review counts as one entry into the prize draw.
3.5 Example of how this prize draw entry process operates: if a customer submits an entry on 15 September 2026, that entry will be included in the prize draw. The draw will close at 23:59 on the last day of September, and the winners will be selected during the first week of October 2026 2026.
3.6 To enter the competition:
3.6.1 Eligible customers will receive an automated email inviting them to leave a product review via the platform “Yotpo”.
3.6.2 Once the product review is submitted via Yotpo, customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
3.6.3 Each entry is automatically included in the prize draw.
3.6.4 Multiple entries are allowed by submitting reviews for each Reviewable Product purchased.
3.6.5 Reviews must be submitted via Yotpo. Reviews submitted via any other channel are excluded.
3.6.6 Customers who submit a qualifying review via Yotpo in response to the Promoter’s invitation will also be automatically provided with a 20% coupon code by email within 24 hours after their review has been submitted. The coupon code will be provided regardless of whether the review is positive, negative or neutral, provided that the review is validly submitted in accordance with these terms.
3.7 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed due to technical malfunctions, including hardware or software failures, satellite, network or server failures of any kind.
3.8 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.9 Customers who receive an invitation to submit a review and do not wish to participate in the Promotion may opt out by following the opt-out instructions provided in the review invitation email. A link to these Terms and Conditions will be included in the review invitation email so that customers are aware of the Promotion rules before submitting their review.
3.10 The review invitation email will also make clear that customers who submit a qualifying review will receive a 20% coupon code, regardless of whether the review is positive, negative or neutral.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, who:
(a) Have purchased a Reviewable Product directly from the Promoter’s website;
(b) Have received a review invitation from the Promoter via Yotpo;
(c) Submit a valid review as an entry in accordance with Clause 3.
4.2 To receive the 20% coupon code, customers must submit a qualifying review in accordance with Clause 3. The coupon code will only be provided to eligible customers who received a direct review invitation from the Promoter and submitted their review via Yotpo.
4.3 The following individuals are not eligible to enter:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.4 By submitting an entry, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements outlined in Clause 4.1 and 4.3, and that no ineligibility under Clause 4.3 applies. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of:
(a) A valid purchase of a Reviewable Product;
(b) A valid review invitation received from the Promoter;
(c) Identity and age verification if required.
Failure to provide sufficient proof upon request may result in disqualification.
4.5 The Promoter will not accept, or may deem invalid, any entry that falls into the following categories:
(a) automatically generated by computer or created by AI-generated reviews;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) or incomplete, such as reviews missing key information required by the review form.
4.6 If an entry is initially accepted but later found to violate these terms, the Promoter reserves the right to declare it void at any time.
4.7 Entries on behalf of another person, and/or joint submissions, are not permitted and will be held void.
4.8 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you and/or declare any entry void if the Promoter suspects or detects conduct which it deems contrary to the spirit or intention of a of this prize draw.
4.9 Competition entries cannot be returned.
4.10 This Promotion and any prize draw offered under it is not open to acceptance where prohibited.
5. The prize
5.1 One winner will be selected for each Monthly Draw Period by a random draw, performed by a verifiably random computer process, from all eligible entries received during that Monthly Draw Period.
5.2 The draw will take place during the first week of the following calendar month..
5.3 The winner will be notified by email from hello@simbasleep.com during the first week of the following calendar month.
5.4 Each winner will receive a prize consisting of a refund equivalent to the full cost of the order in which the Reviewable Product selected as the winning entry was purchased, including products and delivery charges, but excluding any charges attributed to Dreamspace donations or product cover with Castelan. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize will not include any amount paid in respect of Dreamspace donations, Castelan product cover, or any other excluded third-party or optional charges identified by the Promoter.
5.5 The content of the review left by a customer is not relevant. For example, where you are invited to review a bed but elect to write a review of the delivery service associated with that bed without reference to the bed Product, your review for the purposes of the Promotion is treated as a review of the bed Product.
5.6 The prize for each winner is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
5.7 Review coupon code
5.7.1 Customers who submit a qualifying review in accordance with these terms will automatically receive a 20% coupon code by email within 24 hours after their review has been submitted.
5.7.2 Each 20% coupon code will be valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.
5.7.3 Only one coupon code may be used per order.
5.7.4 The 20% coupon code is subject to a minimum spend of £150.
5.7.5 The 20% coupon code may be used on all products, excluding Dreamspace bundles and refurbished or clearance products.
5.7.6 The 20% coupon code cannot be used in conjunction with any other code, discount, offer or bundle.
5.7.7 The 20% coupon code cannot be used in conjunction with GoCertify discounts.
5.7.8 The coupon code is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.7.9 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or refuse use of a coupon code where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, misuse, technical error, or breach of these terms.
6. Winners
6.1 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw and the prize winners is final and binding in respect of the prize draw conducted under this Promotion, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 The Promoter will contact the winner personally by email from hello@simbasleep.com during the first week of the calendar month following the relevant Monthly Draw Period, using the contact details provided when placing the order associated with the review.
6.3 The relevant order will be used to identify the entrant and the contact information will be the email address or phone number used when placing that order. The Promoter will not amend contact information once an entry has been submitted.
6.4 Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to confirm acceptance and allow the Promoter to process the prize. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
6.5 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, their winning entries on Simba’s website.
6.6 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at hello@simbasleep.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority or regulatory bodies on request.
7. Claiming the prize
7.1 The prize will be processed within 30 days of the winner accepting the prize. If the prize can be refunded to the original payment method, it will be processed in that way, subject to the exclusions set out in Clause 5.4.
7.2 If the prize cannot be refunded to the original payment method, the Promoter will request the winner’s bank details in writing via the email address used at the time of the order, which must be the winner’s own bank account, located in the UK, to complete the transfer. If the winner does not provide the requested bank details within 7 days of the request, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter may select an alternate winner in accordance with Clause 6.4.
7.3 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.4 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact each winner. If a winner cannot be contacted, is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the eligible entries received during the relevant Monthly Draw Period..
7.5 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your competition entry beyond the terms to which a customer has already agreed to be bound in the context of leaving a review. By submitting a review via Yotpo, you acknowledge that your review is submitted via Yotpo and is subject to Yotpo’s various terms, (including Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other terms as applicable). For further information, please refer to Yotpo’s website.
9.2 The Promoter does not require customers to submit a positive review in order to receive the coupon code or to be entered into the prize draw. Customers are encouraged to provide their honest opinion and genuine experience of the Reviewable Product.
10. Data protection and publicity
10.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in Simba’s Privacy Policy, available at https://simbasleep.com/pages/privacy. See also Clauses 6.5 and 6.6 regarding the announcement of winners.
10.2 Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will be processed only as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. See Clauses 6.5 and 6.6 regarding the announcement of winners. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the processing of their personal data as necessary to facilitate their entry, verify eligibility, and award prizes.
10.3 The Promoter will receive information from the review platform Yotpo, confirming that a review has been submitted by a Participant. This information will include only the details necessary to identify the review and the associated purchase, enabling the entry to be included in the prize draw.
10.4 The Promoter may use the information received from Yotpo to verify that a qualifying review has been submitted and to issue the 20% coupon code to the relevant customer.
10.5 Participants must note that interacting with the Yotpo website or services offered by Yotpo is in accordance with Promoter's Privacy Policy and the policies of Yotpo, as outlined in Clause 9.1.
10.6 Information will be shared between the Promoter and the Yotpo platform not otherwise than in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and the policies of Yotpo to administer the Promotion, including to facilitate the proper award of any prize by the Promoter.
10.7 Participants’ surnames and counties may be published on the Promoter's website to meet regulatory requirements. Participants may object to this publication by contacting the Promoter; however, this information may still be disclosed to regulatory authorities (e.g., the Advertising Standards Authority) upon request.
11. General
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in any prize draw under this Promotion.
11.2 The Promoter reserves a general right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend terms or the conduct of any prize draw under the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so beyond other terms set out herein.
11.3 These terms apply from [insert go-live date] and will continue until the Promoter withdraws or replaces them. The Promoter may amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion for future Monthly Draw Periods where reasonably necessary. Any such change will not affect entries already validly submitted for a completed or current Monthly Draw Period, or discount codes already issued, unless required by law or necessary due to fraud, misuse, technical error or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
11.4 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
