  1. These terms and conditions (“REFURB10 Discount Code Offer Terms”) are provided by Simba Sleep Limited, company number 09703422 (“Simba”), and must be read in conjunction with, and subject to, Simba’s general Terms document, which is displayed at  https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms(“Simba’s General Terms”). Capitalised terms not elsewhere defined in these REFURB10 Discount Code Offer Terms have the same meaning as given to them in the Simba General Terms document.
  2. The discount code (the “REFURB10 Discount Code”) transmitted via a promotional email and which is subject to these REFURB10 Discount Code Offer Terms (the “REFURB10 Code Offer”) is a discount code within the meaning of, and offered subject to, clauses 4.1 to 4.3 (inclusive) of the Simba General Terms document.
  3. Simba’s Privacy Policy document, which is displayed at https://simbasleep.com/pages/privacy applies to discounts offered by Simba generally, and to the discount relevant to the REFURB10 Discount Code and REFURB10 Discount Code Offer specifically.
  4. In these REFURB10 Discount Code Offer Terms, an “Eligible Product” means all Simba Products which are not excluded in this clause.   5. Products which are excluded from being Eligible Products are all products not outlined above.
  6. Subject to these REFURB10 Discount Offer Terms, You may redeem the REFURB10 Discount Code for a 10% discount off any Eligible Product or Eligible Products (“Discount”) provided the minimum order value exceeds £300.00 when , purchased via the Website, subject to these REFURB10 Discount Code Offer Terms. Redemption of the REFURB10 Discount Code occurs by including the REFURB10 Discount Code in the relevant section of the shopping cart functionality on the Website during checkout when the shopping cart includes at least one Eligible Product.

  7. The REFURB10 Discount Code will be redeemable only via checking out and redeeming the REFURB10 Discount Code using the shopping cart functionality on the Website during the strictly limited time period specified in this clause, commencing at 09:00 GMT on 12th December 2025 and concluding at 23:59 GMT on 19th December 2025, unless or until the REFURB10 Discount Code is withdrawn, cancelled, or otherwise amended earlier under these REFURB10 Discount Code Offer Terms, Simba’s General Terms, or otherwise

  8. The Discount may only be redeemed in respect of Eligible Products ordered for delivery in the UK, and via the Website only.

  9. The Discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, including, but not limited to, any price reduction promotion on the Website, any bundle offered on the Website, or any affiliate promotion.
  10. The REFURB10 Discount Code is not valid for any reduction to the costs or fees associated any of the following; a) orders that are placed with a total shopping cart value of under £100.00; b) any Products which are not outlined in clause 4;  c) any delivery method (including, but not limited to, any Special Delivery) for any Product, including any Eligible Product; d) any services whether furnished by Simba or another party which may be requested or ordered via the Website or otherwise (including, but not limited to, any installation service for which our Website indicates a fee is payable in respect of any bed Products); and/or e) any credit services or facility You may seek to use to purchase any Products.
  11. Only one redemption of the REFURB10 Discount Code is permitted per customer.
  12. You must redeem the REFURB10 Discount Code in one transaction.
  13. Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the REFURB10 Discount Code Offer or invalidate the REFURB10 Discount Code at any time where it considers it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or where it is prevented from administering the REFURB10 Discount Code Offer not otherwise than in accordance with the REFURB10 Discount Code Offer Terms or pursuant to Simba’s General Terms.
