1. Offer period
The introductory offer runs from [start date and time] until [end date and time], inclusive (UK time), unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page. Orders must be placed during this period to qualify.
2. Eligible product
The offer applies to the Simba Pro Core Mattress in the eligible sizes displayed on the relevant product page. Any product, size or configuration excluded from the offer will be identified on that page.
3. Introductory price
The introductory price is the price displayed for the eligible product at the time of purchase, inclusive of VAT where applicable. Any additional delivery charges or other unavoidable charges will be included in the total price or clearly disclosed before the customer places their order.
4. Introductory pricing and future standard price
The introductory price is a launch offer for the newly introduced product. Where a future standard price is advertised, that price represents Simba's intended standard selling price following the introductory period and is not a representation that the product was previously sold at that price.
Any advertised future standard price will be implemented in accordance with the offer information presented to customers.
5. Eligibility and exclusions
The offer applies to purchases of eligible products made through Simba's UK website during the offer period. Any customer eligibility requirements, product exclusions or other material restrictions will be stated clearly alongside the offer.
6. Use with other offers
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the introductory offer cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts or offers. Any exceptions will be specified in the relevant promotional terms and collective groups discounts e.g. NHS
7. Orders and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance by Simba and the applicable delivery terms. Where the offer is genuinely subject to limited stock availability, this restriction will be communicated clearly to customers. Nothing in these terms limits customers' statutory rights.
8. Changes to the offer
Simba reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer prospectively where reasonably necessary and permitted by law. Any change will not retrospectively remove an entitlement already acquired by a customer whose qualifying order has been accepted.
9. Returns and statutory rights
Purchases remain subject to Simba's applicable returns policy, mattress trial terms and delivery terms, as presented at the time of purchase. Nothing in these terms affects a customer's statutory rights, including applicable cancellation rights for distance purchases.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.
