- The Promoter of the monthly promotional newsletter prize draws to which these terms apply is Simba Sleep Limited of 5th floor, Halo, Counterslip, Bristol, BS1 6AJ, United Kingdom, referred to in these monthly promotional prize draw terms as Simba. These monthly promotional newsletter prize draw conditions are subject to and must be interpreted in conjunction with the Simba General Terms at https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms, including any capitalised terms therein defined.

- complete the survey in full via the link provided in the abandoned‑cart email, and
- not have entered any previous month’s Abandoned Cart Survey Prize Draw, as per condition 2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are not completed for any reason under condition 10.
7. To enter the Abandoned Cart Survey Prize Draw, participants must complete the steps set out in condition 4 via the survey link provided in the abandoned‑cart email. Participants must comply with Simba’s terms and conditions, including the Simba General Terms as may be applicable to them. Any entries that do not fulfil the eligibility requirements set out in condition 4 at the time of the prize draw will be considered invalid.

- received an abandoned‑cart email from Simba Sleep,
- completed the associated survey via the link provided, and
- did so within the given calendar month’s promotional window.
- Validation will be based on the email address used to complete the survey matching the email address associated with the abandoned‑cart event.
8. The Promoter will validate the entries by creating a segment of entrants comprising individuals who received an abandoned‑cart email from Simba Sleep and completed the associated survey via the link provided. Validation will be based on the email address used to complete the survey matching the email address associated with the abandoned‑cart event, and completion occurring within the given calendar month’s promotional window. Only entrants who meet all eligibility requirements set out in condition 4 will be included in the validated segment.
9. The promotions will run on a monthly basis, with the start date being 00:01 am GMT or BST (as applicable in England) on the 1st day of each calendar month, and the end date being 23:59 pm GMT or BST (as applicable in England) on the last day of the same calendar month. Each monthly promotional period will continue until the Promoter decides to revoke or amend the promotion applicable in a given month, or where the Promoter elects to cease the monthly promotions overall. The Promoter reserves the right to end or alter the promotion at any time. Entries received after the end of a given calendar month will not be considered for that month’s prize draw and will instead be considered in the next calendar month
10. Only one winner will be selected each month. The potential winner will be chosen in each instance by a random draw performed by a computer process prior to the last day of the following calendar month ("Draw Date"). The draw will be conducted on the Draw Date, and an entry selected will be checked against this segment of validated entry candidates. Checks will then be made on prior months’ draws entrants after the draw in a given month to confirm eligibility under condition 5’s second sentence. Where an entrant whose entry is drawn is ineligible based on checks made by the Promoter, the Promoter will select another entrant in accordance with the process described at condition 10, and this process will continue until an eligible entrant is drawn. The first eligible entrant’s entry to be drawn will be declared the winner of that calendar month’s prize draw and promotion.
11. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault, or site failure occurs when placing an order or entering information for newsletter subscription, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries or orders, and any incomplete entries or orders will not be considered valid entries into the prize draw.
12. The winner will receive one (1) Simba mattress of their choice in their size of choice.
13. The winner will be notified by email (using the email address provided at checkout) within 7 days of the Draw Date, and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 days of being emailed by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described at condition 9 above.
14. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, and no cash equivalent is offered. Any refund constituting the prize will be for the price paid by the entrant or on the entrant’s behalf via Finance or a third party provider payment method as set out in the Simba General Terms, issued via that same payment method the entrant used at the time of checkout. Additional Terms & Conditions may apply if entrant used a Finance or third party payment method.
15. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
16. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry, as well as the General Terms and the Privacy Policy https://simbasleep.com/pages/privacy in respect of newsletter and related communications as a condition of entry and signing up to newsletter and related communications.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend each monthly promotion or the series of promotions generally at the Promoter’s discretion.
18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter or its agents or service providers, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Simba, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone suspected of being, or actually is in breach of these terms and conditions.
20. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
