In these End of Jan Promo Offer Terms, a reference to the “Website” means the Simba Sleep website at the URL http://www.simbasleep.com, and “RRP” refers to a Recommended Retail Price for a corresponding Product sold as new, as displayed on the Website.
For a limited time commencing at 09.00am GMT on 30th January 2024 Simba may offer You, via the Website only, a discount which varies depending on the Product or Products and whether the Product is purchased with or without other Products, until 23.59pm GMT on 5th February 2024 (the “Offer Window”), unless cancelled or altered earlier in accordance with these End of Jan Promo Offer Terms, each a “End of Jan Promo Offer”
By placing an order for Simba products via the Website during the Offer Window for items in any of the End of Jan Promo Offers which meet the requirements of the respective discount offered to you, you accept and agree to be bound by the End of Jan Promo Offer Terms, together with Simba’s General Terms.
How to redeem a End of Jan Promo Offer
During the Offer Window, subject to these End of Jan Promo Offer Terms, Simba may offer you discounts off the RRP of selected products subject to the discount levels and conditions set out in these End of Jan Promo Offer Terms. These discounts should be automatically applied in the Website’s shopping cart.

Bed bundle - Hybrid and Simba Designed Beds configurations
Certain prescribed Bundles of Products are displayed on the website and are titled Simba Hybrid Bundle or Simba Designed Beds Bundle. These are distinct from Design Your Own Bed bundles, which are explained elsewhere under the heading “Bed bundle - Design Your Own Bed products”.
Each of the prescribed bundles contain, depending on the configuration selected from one of the Simba configured bundles;
- a selected Simba Mattress (Stratos versions of the Hybrid, Pro, Luxe or Ultra only), a selected Simba Pillow, and a selected Simba Duvet (the “Simba Hybrid Bundle”); or
- a selected Simba Mattress (Stratos versions of the Hybrid, Pro, Luxe or Ultra only), a selected Simba Pillow, a selected Simba Duvet, and a selected Simba Designed Bed Base
Each prescribed bundle is displayed and described on the Simba Website as set out above.
Accessories included in any prescribed Bundle (being the Simba Products, other than mattresses and bed bases, which comprise each of the Simba Designed Beds Bundle) are discounted at 35% off RRP.
Bed bundle - Design Your Own Bed products
Simba “Design Your Own Bed”, Divan beds are also available in certain bundle configurations with options available for the Customer to choose from. These are distinct from Hybrid and Simba Designed Beds Bundles, which are explained elsewhere under the heading “Bed bundle - Hybrid and Simba Designed Beds configurations”
Each made to order bed/Design Your Own Bed bundle will contain, depending on the configuration selected, an option from selected Simba Mattresses (Stratos versions of the Hybrid, Pro, Luxe or Ultra only), an option from selected Simba Pillows, an option from selected Simba Duvet, and ab option from selected Simba Divan Bed Bases (the "Hoxton”, “Camden”, “Ludlow”, “Wilmslow”, “Didsbury” or “Melrose”) each as displayed and described on the Simba Website as set out above.

Conditions of the End of Jan Promo Offers
Any discount which forms a part of the End of Jan Promo Offers excludes shipping and handling. Any discount is calculated in accordance with the RRP.
Simba provides the End of Jan Promo Offers on the basis of good will, and Simba reserves the right to refuse to apply or honour any and all discounts, codes, offers, promotions, bundles or other not dissimilar mechanisms during the Offer Window at its absolute and sole discretion, and will have no liability to the customer where exercising this right.
Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw any offer at any time where it considers it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or where it is prevented from administering either of the End of Jan Promo Offers in accordance with the End of Jan Promo Offer Terms or pursuant to Simba’s General Terms.
Simba reserves the right not to honour the End of Jan Promo Offers (or any other offer) or these End of Jan Promo Offer Terms in any circumstances it considers appropriate, including without limitation where an attempt is made (even if successful) to redeem a End of Jan Promo Offer before the commencement, or after the expiry, of the Offer Window.
For the avoidance of doubt, and specifically contrary to Simba’s General Terms, all of the End of Jan Promo Offers may be used in conjunction with 'Refer a Friend' discounts, key worker, and affiliate offers, and other promotional offers available on the Website during the Offer Window. Where an incremental discount or discounts would be available for adding multiple items to a shopping cart under these End of Jan Promo Offer Terms or in conjunction with other offer terms during the Offer Window, only one discounts will be applied.
The End of Jan Promo Offers (or any other offer or offers) are not redeemable for cash, credit or any other alternative.
The End of Jan Promo Offers apply to Simba Products ordered for delivery in the UK and via the Website only. The End of Jan Promo Offers cannot be applied to products purchased via any of Simba’s authorised retailers, or any other merchant.

These Refurbished Coupon Offer Terms are to be read in conjunction with, and subject to, Simba’s general terms and conditions, which can be accessed via https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms (“Simba’s General Terms”) unless these Refurbished Coupon Offer Terms specifically state otherwise.
In these Refurbished Coupon Offer Terms, a reference to the “Website” means the Simba Sleep website at the URL http://www.simbasleep.com, and “RRP” refers to a Recommended Retail Price, as displayed on that Website.
For a limited period set out below, Simba may offer you a discount off the Recommended Retail Price (“RRP”) of selected Products (as defined in Simba’s General Terms). The discount varies depending on the Product. This offer is available from 30th January 2024 (“Start Date”) until 5th February 2024 (“End Date”), and is available on the Website unless cancelled or otherwise withdrawn earlier in accordance with these Refurbished Coupon Offer Terms.
How to redeem a coupon
A product on the Website which includes a reference to a coupon being available for that product being displayed prominently on the product’s page is an “Eligible Product” for the purposes of this promotion.
Conditions of the Refurbished Coupon Offer
- To redeem a coupon, you must make a purchase of an Eligible Product. You must make sure that the coupon discount is visible during checkout process in the shopping cart page of the Website.
- This offer is open to customers intending to use Products as defined in the Simba’s General Terms for domestic, non-commercial purposes, who must be 18 years of age or older, and who have a shipping address in the United Kingdom.
- Coupons which may be available vary by Product. Refurbished mattresses may have coupons leading to a total discount (coupon and otherwise) of up to 70% discount off the RRP available.
- A coupon is valid from the date You first see the coupon on the Eligible Item’s page until the End Date, unless cancelled earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- For the purposes of Refurbished Coupon Offer, “Purchase Price” means the total price of the items which You buy. The Purchase Price does not include delivery costs, where these are incurred.
- The coupon must be redeemed in a single checkout transaction.
