1.0 The extended trial offer communicated via email (the “Extended Trial Offer”) entitles eligible customers to a 60 day trial period on Selected Simba pillows and duvets, instead of Simba’s standard 30-day trial period (where applicable).
1.1 This Extended Trial Offer is made available exclusively to email subscribers who have previously purchased a Simba mattress directly from SimbaSleep.com and have received the Extended Trial Offer email to their inbox.
1.2 The opening date for the Extended Trial Offer is 9am BST on 10th April 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 11.59pm BST on 30th April. Purchases made after this time will not be eligible for the Extended Trial Offer.
2.0 To qualify for the Extended Trial Offer, You must (a) be an active Simba email subscriber at the time of purchase and received the Extended Trial Offer email; (b) have previously purchased a Simba mattress; and (c) purchase an Eligible Product (as defined below) via the Simba website.
2.0.1 Simba reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse application of the Extended Trial Offer where eligibility criteria are not met.
2.1 In these Extended Trial Offer Terms, an “Eligible Product” means: (a) Selected Pillows; and (b) Selected Duvets, further defined in 2.1.1.
2.1.1 Selected Duvets - Hybrid™ Duvet Products, Summer Hybrid™ Duvet and Hybrid™ 3-in-1 Duvet Products, other than the refurbished Products from those lines, are Selected Duvets and Selected Pillows – Hybrid™ Pillow, Body Pillow and CustomFlex Pillow other than the refurbished Products from those lines, are Selected Pillows
2.2 All other Simba products, including but not limited to mattresses, bed bases, toppers, protectors, and slippers, are excluded from this Extended Trial Offer.
3.0 Subject to these Extended Trial Offer Terms, Eligible Products purchased under this offer will be entitled to a 60 day trial period, commencing on the date the Eligible Product is delivered.
3.1 If You choose to return an Eligible Product within the 60day trial period, returns will be governed by Simba’s General Terms, including any applicable hygiene, condition, and handling requirements.
3.2 The Extended Trial Offer does not alter or waive any exclusions, limitations, or conditions relating to returns set out in Simba’s General Terms.
3.3 The Extended Trial Offer is automatically applied to Eligible Products purchased by eligible customers via the Website during the promotional period and does not require entry of a discount or promotional code, unless otherwise stated.
4.0 The Extended Trial Offer applies only to purchases made via the Simba website.
5.0 The Extended Trial Offer: (a) may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or incentive unless expressly stated by Simba; (b) and applies only to the specific purchase transaction in which the Eligible Product is ordered.
5.1 The Extended Trial Offer does not apply to: delivery charges or upgraded delivery options; any services provided by Simba or third parties; or purchases made using credit facilities, where the trial period is restricted by the credit provider.
6.0 Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or withdraw the Extended Trial Offer at any time, where it considers it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or where it is prevented from administering the offer in accordance with these Extended Trial Offer Terms or Simba’s General Terms.
6.1 Simba may refuse or invalidate the Extended Trial Offer where it reasonably believes there has been misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
7.0 Simba’s Privacy Policy, available at https://simbasleep.com/pages/privacy
applies to the Extended Trial Offer and to any personal data processed by Simba in connection with it.
