  • How will I get my voucher code?

    Just follow the simple steps above to verify your discount eligibility, then you’ll be asked to provide your choice of relevant details such as your email address, your mobile number, your payslip or ID card.

    The process usually takes about thirty seconds ,and once you’ve been verified a code will appear on your screen for you to use at check out.

  • What if the code doesn’t work? 

    If you experience any problems redeeming a coupon, please double check that you’ve entered the code correctly and that you’re not attempting to use your voucher code in conjunction with another offer; both of these issues will prevent your code from working. If the problem continues, please get in touch with our customer care team.

  • How do I redeem a voucher code online?

    Just shop as normal then continue to checkout. You’ll see a ‘Got a voucher? Redeem it here' box, enter the voucher code in there and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, the discount will automatically be applied to your shopping basket.
