The promotional offers set out herein by these terms (“Cool Sleep Event Offer Terms”) are provided by Simba Sleep Limited (company number 09703422) of 5th Floor, Halo, Counterslip, Bristol, BS1 6AJ (“Simba”). Our VAT number is GB230194343.

These Cool Sleep Event Offer Terms are to be read in conjunction with, and are subject to, Simba’s general Terms document, which is displayed at https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms (“Simba’s General Terms”) unless these Cool Sleep Event Offer Terms specifically state otherwise.

In these Cool Sleep Event Offer Terms, a reference to the “Website” means the Simba Sleep website at the URL http://www.simbasleep.com, and “RRP” refers to a Recommended Retail Price, as displayed on that Website.

For a limited time commencing at 09.00am BST on 6^th June 2023 Simba may offer You, via the Website only, a discount which varies depending on the Product or Products and whether the Product is purchased with or without other Products, until 23.59pm BST on 12^th June 2023 (the “Offer Window”), unless cancelled or altered earlier in accordance with these Cool Sleep Event Offer Terms, each a “Cool Sleep Event Offer”

By placing an order for Simba products via the Website during the Offer Window for items in any of the Cool Sleep Event Offers which meet the requirements of the respective discount offered to you, you accept and agree to be bound by the Cool Sleep Event Offer Terms, together with Simba’s General Terms.

How to redeem a Cool Sleep Event Offer or Offers

During the Offer Window, subject to these Cool Sleep Event Offer Terms, Simba may offer you discounts off the RRP of selected products subject to the discount levels and conditions set out in these Cool Sleep Event Offer Terms. These discounts should be automatically applied in the Website’s shopping cart.

Discount levels in the Cool Sleep Event Offers

Selected mattresses
Hybrid, Hybrid Pro, Hybrid Luxe mattresses (with non-GRS covers only), and Simba Essential, Simbatex Foam, Simbatex Essential Foam, and Simba Kids mattress models only – 40% off RRP.

Bundles
Prescribed Bundles of Products are displayed on the website and are titled Simba Hybrid Bundle, Orion Bundle, Atlas Bundle or Platform Bundle. The prescribed bundles contain a selected Simba Mattress (non-GRS cover versions of the Hybrid, Pro, or Luxe only), a selected Simba Pillow, and a selected Simba Duvet (the “Simba Hybrid Bundle”), or a selected Simba Mattress (non-GRS cover versions of the Hybrid, Pro, or Luxe only), a selected Simba Pillow, a selected Simba Duvet, and a selected Simba Bed Base (the “Orion Bundle, "Platform Bundle” or "Atlas Bundle"), each as displayed and described on the Simba Website as set out above. Accessories included in the Bundle (being the Simba Products other than mattresses and bed bases which comprise each of the Simba Hybrid Bundle, Simba Orion Bundle, Simba Atlas Bundle & Simba Platform Bundle) are discounted at 35% off RRP.

Toppers
Simba Hybrid Topper, and Simba Hybrid Essential Topper models only – 35% off RRP.

Weighted blanket

Orbit Weighted Blanket models only – 25% off RRP, or where Orbit Weighted Blanket models are purchased with any mattress– 35% off RRP.

Conditions of the Cool Sleep Event Offers
Any discount which forms a part of the Cool Sleep Event Offers excludes shipping and handling. Any discount is calculated in accordance with the RRP.

Simba provides the Cool Sleep Event Offers on the basis of good will, and Simba reserves the right to refuse to apply or honour any and all discounts, codes, offers, promotions, bundles or other not dissimilar mechanisms during the Offer Window at its absolute and sole discretion, and will have no liability to the customer where exercising this right.

Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw any offer at any time where it considers it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or where it is prevented from administering either of the Cool Sleep Event Offers in accordance with the Cool Sleep Event Offer Terms or pursuant to Simba’s General Terms.

Simba reserves the right not to honour the Cool Sleep Event Offers (or any other offer) or these Cool Sleep Event Offer Terms in any circumstances it considers appropriate, including without limitation where an attempt is made (even if successful) to redeem a Cool Sleep Event Offer before the commencement, or after the expiry, of the Offer Window.

For the avoidance of doubt, and specifically contrary to Simba’s General Terms, all of the Cool Sleep Event Offers may be used in conjunction with 'Refer a Friend' discounts, key worker, and affiliate offers, and other promotional offers available on the Website during the Offer Window. Where an incremental discount or discounts would be available for adding multiple items to a shopping cart under these Refurbished Coupon Offer Terms or in conjunction with other offer terms between the Start Date and the End Date, only one discounts will be applied. 

The Cool Sleep Event Offers (or any other offer or offers) are not redeemable for cash, credit or any other alternative.

The Cool Sleep Event Offers apply to Simba Products ordered for delivery in the UK and via the Website only. The Cool Sleep Event Offers cannot be applied to products purchased via any of Simba’s authorised retailers, or any other merchant.

These Refurbished Coupon Offer Terms are to be read in conjunction with, and subject to, Simba’s general terms and conditions, which can be accessed via https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms (“Simba’s General Terms”) unless these Refurbished Coupon Offer Terms specifically state otherwise. 

In these Refurbished Coupon Offer Terms, a reference to the “Website” means the Simba Sleep website at the URL http://www.simbasleep.com, and “RRP” refers to a Recommended Retail Price, as displayed on that Website.  

For a limited period set out below, Simba may offer you a discount off the Recommended Retail Price (“RRP”) of selected Products (as defined in Simba’s General Terms). The discount varies depending on the Product. This offer is available from 6 June 2023 (“Start Date”) until 12 June 2023 (“End Date”), and is available on the Website unless cancelled or otherwise withdrawn earlier in accordance with these Refurbished Coupon Offer Terms. 

How to redeem a coupon 

A product on the Website which includes a reference to a coupon being available for that product being displayed prominently on the product’s page is an “Eligible Product” for the purposes of this promotion. 

Conditions of the Refurbished Coupon Offer 

1. To redeem a coupon, you must make a purchase of an Eligible Product. You must make sure that the coupon discount is visible during checkout process in the shopping cart page of the Website.

2. This offer is open to customers intending to use Products as defined in the Simba’s General Terms for domestic, non-commercial purposes, who must be 18 years of age or older, and who have a shipping address in the United Kingdom.

3. Coupons which may be available vary by Product. Refurbished mattresses may have coupons leading to a total discount (coupon and otherwise) of up to 70% discount off the RRP available.

4. A coupon is valid from the date You first see the coupon on the Eligible Item’s page until the End Date, unless cancelled earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. For the purposes of Refurbished Coupon Offer, “Purchase Price” means the total price of the items which You buy. The Purchase Price does not include delivery costs, where these are incurred. 

6. The coupon must be redeemed in a single checkout transaction.

7. Make sure information indicating you are redeeming a coupon is visible in the cart during checkout – if you believe a coupon should have been applied to the contents of your cart, please contact us via hello@simbasleep.com

8.
