These Cyber Monday Offer Terms are to be read in conjunction with, and are subject to, Simba’s general Terms document, which is displayed at https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms (“Simba’s General Terms”). Capitalised terms not defined in these Cyber Monday Offer Terms have the meanings defined in Simba’s General Terms.
In these Cyber Monday Offer Terms, “RRP” refers to a Recommended Retail Price for a corresponding Product sold as new, as displayed on the Website.
For a limited time commencing at 00.01am GMT on Saturday 25th November 2023 Simba may offer You, via the Website only, a discount which varies depending on the Product or Products and whether the Product is purchased with or without other Products, until 23.59pm GMT on Monday 27th November 2023 (the “Offer Window”), each a “Cyber Monday Offer”, unless cancelled or altered earlier in accordance with these Cyber Monday Offer Terms and/or Simba’s General Terms.
By placing an order for Simba products via the Website during the Offer Window for items in any of the Cyber Monday Offers which meet the requirements of the respective discount offered to you, you accept and agree to be bound by the Cyber Monday Offer Terms, together with Simba’s General Terms.
How to redeem a Cyber Monday Offer
During the Offer Window, subject to these Cyber Monday Offer Terms, Simba may offer You discounts off the RRP of selected products subject to the discount levels and conditions set out in these Cyber Monday Offer Terms. These discounts should be automatically applied in the Website’s shopping cart.

Hybrid Original, Hybrid Pro, Hybrid Luxe, Hybrid Ultra mattresses (Non-Stratos only) – 45% off RRP.
Bundles
Prescribed Bundles of Products are displayed on the Website and are titled Simba Hybrid Bundle, Atlas Bundle, Orion Bundle, Platform Bundle, Ottoman Bundle or Bed base bundle. Each of the prescribed bundles contain a selected Simba Mattress (Non-Stratos versions of the Hybrid, Pro, Luxe or Ultra only), a selected Simba Pillow, and a selected Simba Duvet (the “Simba Hybrid Bundle”), or a selected Simba Mattress (Non-Stratos versions of the Hybrid, Pro, Luxe, Ultra only), a selected Simba Pillow, a selected Simba Duvet, and a selected Simba Bed Base (the "Platform Bundle”, the “Ottoman Bundle”, the “Orion Bundle” or "Atlas Bundle"), each as displayed and described on the Website. Accessories included in a given Bundle (being the Simba Products other than mattresses and bed bases which comprise each of the Simba Hybrid Bundle, Simba Atlas Bundle, Simba Ottoman Bundle, Simba Orion Bundle & Simba Platform Bundle) are discounted at 35% off their respective RRP, unless a different discount or mechanics are described in respect of a specific Product under the subheadings below;

Conditions of the Cyber Monday Offers
Simba reserves the right not to honour the Cyber Monday Offers (or any other offer) in any circumstances it considers appropriate, including without limitation:

where the Offer is sought to be redeemed before commencement or after the expiry of the Offer Window;

where the Offer is sought to be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code, offer, promotion, bundle or other similar scheme, other than Simba’s Refer a Friend program.
Any discount which forms a part of the Cyber Monday Offers excludes shipping and handling. Any discount is calculated in accordance with the RRP.
Simba provides the Cyber Monday Offers on the basis of good will, and Simba reserves the right to refuse to apply or honour any and all discounts, codes, offers, promotions, bundles or other not dissimilar mechanisms during the Offer Window at its absolute and sole discretion, and will have no liability to the customer where exercising this right.
Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw any offer at any time where it considers it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or where it is prevented from administering either of the Cyber Monday Offers in accordance with the Cyber Monday Offer Terms or pursuant to Simba’s General Terms.
Simba reserves the right not to honour the Cyber Monday Offers (or any other offer) or these Cyber Monday Offer Terms in any circumstances it considers appropriate, including without limitation where an attempt is made (even if successful) to redeem a Cyber Monday Offer before the commencement, or after the expiry, of the Offer Window.
For the avoidance of doubt, and specifically contrary to Simba’s General Terms, all of the Cyber Monday Offers may be used in conjunction with 'Refer a Friend' discounts, key worker, and affiliate offers, and other promotional offers available on the Website during the Offer Window. Where an incremental discount or discounts would be available for adding multiple items to a shopping cart under these Cyber Monday Offer Terms or in conjunction with other offer terms during the Offer Window, only one discounts will be applied.
The Cyber Monday Offers (or any other offer or offers) are not redeemable for cash, credit or any other alternative.
The Cyber Monday Offers apply to Simba Products ordered for delivery in the UK and via the Website only. The Cyber Monday Offers cannot be applied to products purchased via any of Simba’s authorised retailers, or any other merchant.

For a limited period set out below, Simba may offer you a discount off the RRP of selected Products. The discount varies depending on the Product. This offer is available from 25th November 2023 (“Start Date”) until 27th November 2023 (“End Date”), and is available on the Website unless cancelled or otherwise withdrawn earlier in accordance with these Refurbished Coupon Offer Terms and/or Simba’s General Terms.

How to redeem a coupon
A Product on the Website which includes a reference to a coupon being available for that Product being displayed prominently on the product’s page is an “Eligible Product” for the purposes of this promotion.
Conditions of the Refurbished Coupon Offer
1. To redeem a coupon, you must make a purchase of an Eligible Product. You must make sure that the coupon discount is visible during checkout process in the shopping cart page of the Website.

This offer is open to customers intending to use Products as defined in the Simba’s General Terms for domestic, non-commercial purposes, who must be 18 years of age or older, and who have a shipping address in the United Kingdom.

Coupons which may be available vary by Product. Refurbished mattresses may have coupons leading to a total discount (coupon and otherwise) of up to 70% discount off the RRP available.

A coupon is valid from the date You first see the coupon on the Eligible Item’s page until the End Date, unless cancelled earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

For the purposes of Refurbished Coupon Offer, “Purchase Price” means the total price of the items which You buy. The Purchase Price does not include delivery costs, where these are incurred.
