In these Black Friday Offer Terms, “RRP” refers to a Recommended Retail Price for a corresponding Product sold as new, as displayed on the Website.
For a limited time commencing at 09.00am GMT on Wednesday 8th November 2023 Simba may offer You, via the Website only, a discount which varies depending on the Product or Products and whether the Product is purchased with or without other Products, until 23.59pm GMT on Friday 24th November 2023 (the “Offer Window”), each a “Black Friday Offer”, unless cancelled or altered earlier in accordance with these Black Friday Offer Terms and/or Simba’s General Terms.
By placing an order for Simba products via the Website during the Offer Window for items in any of the Black Friday Offers which meet the requirements of the respective discount offered to you, you accept and agree to be bound by the Black Friday Offer Terms, together with Simba’s General Terms.
How to redeem a Black Friday Offer
During the Offer Window, subject to these Black Friday Offer Terms, Simba may offer you discounts off the RRP of selected products subject to the discount levels and conditions set out in these Black Friday Offer Terms. These discounts should be automatically applied in the Website’s shopping cart.

Conditions of the Black Friday Offers
Simba reserves the right not to honour the Black Friday Offers (or any other offer) in any circumstances it considers appropriate, including without limitation:
- where the Offer is sought to be redeemed before commencement or after the expiry of the Offer Window;
- where the Offer is sought to be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code, offer, promotion, bundle or other similar scheme, other than Simba’s Refer a Friend program.
Any discount which forms a part of the Black Friday Offers excludes shipping and handling. Any discount is calculated in accordance with the RRP.
Simba provides the Black Friday Offers on the basis of good will, and Simba reserves the right to refuse to apply or honour any and all discounts, codes, offers, promotions, bundles or other not dissimilar mechanisms during the Offer Window at its absolute and sole discretion, and will have no liability to the customer where exercising this right.
Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw any offer at any time where it considers it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or where it is prevented from administering either of the Black Friday Offers in accordance with the Black Friday Offer Terms or pursuant to Simba’s General Terms.
Simba reserves the right not to honour the Black Friday Offers (or any other offer) or these Black Friday Offer Terms in any circumstances it considers appropriate, including without limitation where an attempt is made (even if successful) to redeem a Black Friday Offer before the commencement, or after the expiry, of the Offer Window.
For the avoidance of doubt, and specifically contrary to Simba’s General Terms, all of the Black Friday Offers may be used in conjunction with 'Refer a Friend' discounts, key worker, and affiliate offers, and other promotional offers available on the Website during the Offer Window. Where an incremental discount or discounts would be available for adding multiple items to a shopping cart under these Black Friday Offer Terms or in conjunction with other offer terms during the Offer Window, only one discounts will be applied.
The Black Friday Offers (or any other offer or offers) are not redeemable for cash, credit or any other alternative.
The Black Friday Offers apply to Simba Products ordered for delivery in the UK and via the Website only. The Black Friday Offers cannot be applied to products purchased via any of Simba’s authorised retailers, or any other merchant.

A Product on the Website which includes a reference to a coupon being available for that Product being displayed prominently on the product’s page is an “Eligible Product” for the purposes of this promotion.
Conditions of the Refurbished Coupon Offer

To redeem a coupon, you must make a purchase of an Eligible Product. You must make sure that the coupon discount is visible during checkout process in the shopping cart page of the Website.
- This offer is open to customers intending to use Products as defined in the Simba’s General Terms for domestic, non-commercial purposes, who must be 18 years of age or older, and who have a shipping address in the United Kingdom.
