So what is covered?

Make-up and cosmetic stains
Accidental damage caused by pets
Burns from heated appliances such as straighteners or curlers

Damage causing breakage to the frame

What is not insured?

Deliberate damage caused by you or any person
General wear and tear
Accumulation of damage or staining
Any structural or manufacturing defects
Accidental staining or damage caused by the use of incorrect cleaning products
