How to claim your gift

    Within 48 hours, we'll send you an email with a unique reward code and let you know when you can choose and claim your gift
  • Step 3

    Head to our claim website during that time to let us know which gift you've chosen and where to send it

How does the free gift offer work?
  1. Simply order a Simba Hybrid® Mattress and use code XMASGIFT at checkout to add your free gift (you can't choose which one yet!).
  2. Within 48 hours of making your order, you'll get an email that gives you a link to the website where you can choose your gift with a unique code. You'll also be told about your claim window, which starts 14 days after you order, and is open for two weeks.
  3. When your window opens, visit the website to choose your gift.
  4. Lie back and enjoy your 100 night risk-free trial while your Amazon Echo Dot, Fitbit Alta HR or Lumie Bodyclock makes its way to you!

Do you have a question about our offer code, XMASGIFT? This just needs to be added to your checkout when you're ordering your Simba Hybrid® Mattress.

You won't be choosing your gift at this stage, so don't worry about that. But if you have any problems using the code, just get in touch with us here.

I have a question about delivery
Your gift won't be delivered at the same time as your Simba Hybrid® Mattress, as you'll claim it later. If you have any questions about Simba or your mattress delivery, you can find out more about it here or you can contact us here.

For questions about the delivery of your free gift, contact the team at or 0330 124 3830 (Mon-Fri, 9-5:30pm) and they'll get on it.

Once you've claimed your gift, it'll be dispatched ASAP, but please allow up to 30 days to receive it. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm and will be trackable through the courier, DPD.
I have a question about returns
We're confident that with a Simba Hybrid® Mattress it'll be love at first night. But just in case it takes you a little longer to adjust you get 100 nights to try it in your own home, or your money back.

If you do decide that the Hybrid isn't for you, then for a full refund you'll also need to return your free gift, unopened and unused. However, if you'd like to hang on to your tech, that's fine - we'll just deduct the RRP value of the gift from your mattress refund. These values are below for quick reference.
