For a limited period set out below, Simba may offer you a discount of 40% off (see the heading “Mattress and Accessory Discount Levels” below for more information) the Recommended Retail Price (“RRP”) of any Simba mattress, and up to 35% off any Simba Product excluding mattresses and bed bases (“Accessories”) available on the Simba Sleep website at the URL http://www.simbasleep.com (“Website”) when these Simba Products are ordered together (the “40% Off Mattresses Plus 35% Off Accessories With Mattress Purchases Plus up to 55% Off Bed Bases Offer”), subject to these up to 55% off Offer Terms.

Simba may offer you a discount of 55% off the Simba bed bases (Orion, Pegasus and Sirius), subject to these up to 55% off Offer Terms.

Offer summary – Bundle Sale Offer

For a limited period set out below, Simba may offer you a discount of 40% off the RRP of any mattress (see the heading “Mattress and Accessory Discount Levels” below for more information)and 35% off the RRP of the Accessories where these Simba Products are purchased in a prescribed Bundle, as described below and as sold on our Website (the “Bundle Sale Offer”), subject to these up to 55% off Offer Terms.

Key details of both Offers

The 40% Off Mattresses Plus 35% Off Accessories With Mattress Purchases Plus up to 55% Off Bed Bases Offer and the Bundle Sale Offer may be referred to collectively in these up to 55% off Offer Terms together as the “up to 55% off Offers”, or individually, an “up to 55% off Offer”.

The up to 55% off Offers are valid from 09.00am BST on Monday 13^th June 2022 until 23:59pm BST on Sunday 19^th June 2022 (the “Offer Window”). After Sunday 19^th June 2022, the up to 55% off Offers will no longer be redeemable.

By placing an order for Simba products via the Website during the Offer Window for items in either of the up to 55% off Offers which meet the requirements of the respective offer, you accept and agree to be bound by the up to 55% off Offer Terms, together with Simba’s General Terms.

Any discount which forms a part of the up to 55% off Offers excludes shipping and handling, and the discount is as calculated in accordance with the RRPs displayed on the Website at the time the Offer is sought to be redeemed, at the point of checkout.

Simba provides the up to 55% off Offers on the basis of good will, and Simba reserves the right to refuse to apply or honour any and all discount codes, offers, promotions, bundles or other not dissimilar mechanisms during the Offer Window at its absolute and sole discretion, and will have no liability to the customer where exercising this right.

Either of the up to 55% off Offers may be used in conjunction with a 'Refer a Friend' discounts. The up to 55% off Offers may not be used in conjunction with each other, and neither of the up to 55% off Offers may be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer, promotion, bundle or other not dissimilar mechanism, including, but not limited to, any other affiliate discount code.

How to redeem the 40% Off Mattresses Plus 35% Off Accessories With Mattress Purchases Plus up to 55% Off Bed Bases Offer

To redeem the 40% Off Mattresses Plus 35% Off Accessories With Mattress Purchases Offer, you must purchase via Simba’s Website, and your basket must include a mattress to receive 40% off the RRP of the mattress (see the heading “Mattress and Accessory Discount Levels” below for more information).

Should you wish to receive a 35% discount off the RRP of any Accessories while redeeming the 40% Off Mattresses Plus 35% Off Accessories With Mattress Purchases Plus up to 55% Off Bed Bases Offer, those Accessories must be included in your basket with the purchase of a mattress.

How to redeem the Bundle Sale Offer

To redeem the Bundle Sale Offer, you must purchase via Simba’s Website, and your basket must include a prescribed Bundle, as the Bundle Sale Offer applies only to the purchase of prescribed Bundles of products.

The prescribed Bundles are displayed on the website and are titled Simba Hybrid Bundle, Orion Bundle, Pegasus Bundle or Sirius Bundle. The prescribed bundles contain a Simba Mattress, a Simba Pillow, and a Simba Duvet (the “Simba Hybrid Bundle”), or a Simba Mattress, a Simba Pillow, a Simba Duvet, and a Simba Bed Base (the “Orion Bundle, Pegasus Bundle or Sirius Bundle”), each as displayed and described on the Simba Website as set out above.

Mattress and Accessory Discount Levels

Mattress discount levels for each of the up to 55% off Offers are:

Essential mattresses – 40% off RRP
Hybrid mattresses – 40% off RRP
Pro mattresses – 40% off RRP
Luxe mattresses – 40% off RRP

Bed Base Discount Levels

Bed base discount levels for each of the up to 55% off Offers are:

Orion – 51% off RRP
Pegasus– 55% off RRP
Sirius– 55% off RRP

Accessories included in the Bundle Sale Offer (being the Simba Products other than mattresses and bed bases which comprise Simba Hybrid Bundle, Simba Orion Bundle, Simba Pegasus Bundle and Simba Sirius Bundle are discounted at 35% off RRP.

All Accessories which qualify for a discount under the 40% Off Mattresses Plus 35% Off Accessories With Mattress Purchases Plus up to 55% Off Bed Bases Offer will have a 35% discount off RRP applied.

Further details of both Offers

Simba reserves the right not to honour the up to 55% off Offers (or any other offer) in any circumstances it considers appropriate, including without limitation:

• where the Offer is sought to be redeemed before commencement or after the expiry of the Offer Window;
• where the Offer is sought to be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code, offer, promotion, bundle or other similar scheme, other than Simba’s Refer a Friend program.

The up to 55% off Offers (or any other offer or offers) are not redeemable for cash, credit or any other alternative.

Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw any offer at any time where it considers it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or where it is prevented from administering either of the up to 55% off Offers in accordance with the up to 55% off Offer Terms or pursuant to Simba’s General Terms.

These offers apply to Simba Products ordered for delivery in the UK and via the Website only. They cannot be applied to products purchased via any of Simba’s authorised retailers, or any other merchant.
