Two Free Simba Memory Foam Pillows & Mattress Protector with any Simba Hybrid® Mattress Purchase Promotion – Terms and Conditions

This promotion entitles you to two Simba memory foam pillows (“Pillows”) and mattress protector (“Protector”) in matching size when you purchase an Original or Pro Simba Hybrid® Mattress (“Mattress”) of any size within the promotion window defined below (the “Promotion”), subject to the terms and conditions set out below (the “Terms”).

1. This Promotion is valid from 00:01 am BST 15 October 2019 until 11:59 pm BST on 16 October 2019 (“Promotion Window”). After 11:59 pm BST on 16 October 2019, the Promotion will no longer be redeemable.
2. This Promotion applies to purchases of the Original and Pro Simba Hybrid Mattress only and not to the Simba Essential mattress, Simba Bunk mattress or any other Simba products.
3. In the event that you return your Mattress pursuant to our 100-night trial or your statutory rights, you may choose to either (i) return your Pillows and Protector with your Mattress in accordance with clause 4 and receive a full refund, or (ii) keep your Pillows and/or Protector and have half their value deducted from the refund you are due to receive in respect of your returned Mattress.
4. In the event that you return both your Pillows and Protector alongside your Mattress, as contemplated in clause 3, such Pillows and Protector must be unused and strictly in their original packaging. Simba reserves the right to, at its discretion, deduct half the value of your Pillows and/or Protector from the refund you are due to receive in respect of your returned mattress, if such Pillows and/or Protector are not returned in their original packaging.
5. This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, bundle or discount; or be redeemed for cash or credit.
6. This Promotion only applies to mattresses purchased on our website, and not those purchased via other channels.
7. This Promotion is only valid while stocks last, and we reserve the right to not accept offers to purchase a Mattress with two free Pillows and Protector in circumstances where stock of any product which forms part of this Promotion has been exhausted.
8. This Promotion applies to Original and Pro Mattresses ordered and delivered in the UK only.
