These February Coupon Offer Terms are to be read in conjunction with, and subject to, Simba’s general terms and conditions, which can be accessed via https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms (“Simba’s General Terms”)

How to redeem a coupon

For a limited period set out below, Simba may offer you a discount which varies depending on the Product, until Tuesday 21^st February (“End Date”) available on the Simba Sleep website at the URL http://www.simbasleep.com (“Website”) unless cancelled earlier in accordance with these February Coupon Offer Terms.

To redeem a coupon, you must make a purchase of an Eligible Item. An “Eligible Product” will include a reference to a coupon being available for that Product being displayed prominently on the Product’s page. You must make sure that the coupon discount is visible during checkout process in the shopping cart page of the Website.

DETAILS

1. This offer is open to customers intending to use Products as defined in the Simba’s General Terms for domestic, non-commercial purposes, who must be 18 years of age or older, and who have a shipping address in the United Kingdom.
2. Coupons which may be available vary by Product;
3. New bed frames may have coupons for up to 70% discount.
4. Refurbished mattresses and accessories may have coupons for up to 60% discount available.
5. New mattresses may have coupons for up to 40% discount.
6. New accessories may have coupons for up to 55% discount
7. A coupon is valid from the date You first see the coupon on the Eligible Item’s page until the End Date, unless cancelled earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. For the purposes of February Offer Terms, “Purchase Price” means the total price of the items which You buy. The Purchase Price does not include delivery costs, where these are incurred. 
9. The coupon must be redeemed in a single checkout transaction.
10. Make sure information indicating you are redeeming a coupon is visible in the cart during checkout – if you believe a coupon should have been applied to the contents of your cart, please contact us via hello@simbasleep.com
11. You will receive the related discount on the final amount of your Purchase Price. The discount does NOT include delivery costs, where these are incurred.
12. The purchase You make to redeem this coupon must otherwise comply with Simba’s General Terms.
13. This coupon cannot be combined with any other offer, except for Refer a Friend codes, key worker codes, and affiliate codes.
14. This coupon has no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be forwarded and cannot be exchanged.
15. This coupon is void where the coupon or its redemption is prohibited.
16. Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not include the coupon or its redemption value. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards Your Purchase Price and you may not be eligible for a further coupon.
17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
18. Simba reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this coupon promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which in Simba’s opinion make it necessary for it to do so.
19. Simba reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this promotion.
