26% off Hybrid/Hybrid Pro mattresses March/April 2020 – Terms and Conditions

This offer is provided by Simba Sleep Limited (company number 09703422) of 60 Petty France, London, United Kingdom, SW1H 9EU ("Simba"). Our VAT number is GB230194343.

For the limited period set out below, Simba may offer you a percentage discount off any Hybrid or Hybrid Pro mattress in your order for Simba products purchased via Simba’s website at the URL http://www.simbasleep.com (“Website”), where your basket includes a Hybrid or Hybrid Pro mattress (“Offer”), if you are a New Customer (defined below inline), subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

By placing an order for Simba products via the Website during the duration of the offer, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”) together with Simba’s General Terms and Conditions which can be accessed via https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms.

This Offer is valid from 08.45am GMT on Monday 30 March 2020 until 08:00am GMT on Wednesday 8 April 2020 (the “Offer Window”). After 08:00am GMT Wednesday 8 April 2020, the Offer will no longer be redeemable.

To be eligible to redeem the Offer, you must not have previously made any purchase from the Website at any time in the past (a “New Customer”). For the avoidance of doubt, if Simba ascertains that your email address is associated with a previous order made on the Website, you will not meet the definition of a New Customer, and you will not be eligible to redeem the Offer.

To redeem the Offer, a New Customer must purchase any Simba products via the Website within the Offer Window and where the purchase includes a Hybrid or Hybrid Pro mattress, 26% of the retail value of the mattress will be discounted, excluding shipping and handling, as calculated in accordance with the prices displayed on the Website at the time the Offer is sought to be redeemed, at the point of checkout.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer does not apply to bunk mattresses.

This Offer may, under no circumstances whatsoever, be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer, promotion, bundle or other not dissimilar mechanism, including, but not limited to, any affiliate discount code. 

Simba reserves the right to refuse to apply any and all discount codes, offers, promotions, bundles or other not dissimilar mechanisms during the Offer Window at its absolute and sole discretion and will have no liability to the customer where exercising this right.

Simba reserves the right not to honour this Offer in any circumstances it considers appropriate, including without limitation:

-           where the Offer is sought to be redeemed before commencement or after the expiry of  

the Offer Window;

-           where the Offer is sought to be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code, 

offer, promotion, bundle or other similar scheme, other than Simba’s Refer a Friend program (details at https://simbasleep.com/pages/referral-program-terms-and-conditions-fb).

This Offer is not redeemable for cash, credit or any other alternative.

Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this Offer at any time where it considers it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or where it is prevented from administering the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

This Offer applies to Simba Products ordered for delivery in the UK and via the Website only. It cannot be applied to products purchased via any of Simba’s authorised retailers, or any other merchant.
