For the limited period set out below, Simba may offer you a percentage discount off your order of the Simba Hybrid and Hybrid Pro mattress purchased via Simba’s website at the URL http://www.simbasleep.com (“Website”), where your basket value contains the Simba Hybrid or Hybrid Pro mattress (“Offer”), subject to these Terms and Conditions.

By placing an order for Simba products via the Website during the duration of the offer, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms”) together with Simba’s General Terms and Conditions which can be accessed via https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms.

This Offer is valid from 09.00am GMT on Monday 8th March 2021 until 11:59pm GMT Sunday 14th March 2021 (the “Offer Window”). After 08:59am GMT Sunday 14th March 2021, the Offer will no longer be redeemable.

To redeem the Offer, a customer must purchase the Simba Hybrid or Hybrid Pro mattress via the Website within the Offer Window and where the basket contains a Hybrid or Hybrid Pro mattress, the mattress only in the basket will automatically be reduced by 25% of its retail value, excluding shipping and handling, as calculated in accordance with the prices displayed on the Website at the time the Offer is sought to be redeemed, at the point of checkout.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer will not apply to any orders which do not contain a Simba Hybrid or Hybrid Pro mattress.

For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer does not apply to bunk mattresses.

This Offer may, under no circumstances whatsoever, be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer, promotion, bundle or other not dissimilar mechanism, including, but not limited to, any affiliate discount code.

Simba reserves the right to refuse to apply any and all discount codes, offers, promotions, bundles or other not dissimilar mechanisms during the Offer Window at its absolute and sole discretion and will have no liability to the customer where exercising this right.

Simba reserves the right not to honour this Offer in any circumstances it considers appropriate, including without limitation:

- where any of the Products in the basket are out of stock;

-  where the Offer is sought to be redeemed before commencement or after the expiry of the Offer Window;

- where the Offer is sought to be redeemed in conjunction with another discount code, offer, promotion, bundle or other similar scheme.

This Offer is not redeemable for cash, credit or any other alternative.

Simba reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this Offer at any time where it considers it appropriate to do so, having regard to its legitimate business interests or where it is prevented from administering the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

This Offer applies to Simba Products ordered for delivery in the UK and via the Website only. It cannot be applied to products purchased via any of Simba’s authorised retailers, or any other merchant.
