Two Free Simba Memory Foam Pillows with any Simba Hybrid® Mattress Purchase Promotion – Terms and Conditions

This promotion entitles you to two Simba memory foam pillows (“Pillows”) when you purchase a Simba Hybrid® Mattress (“Mattress”) of any size within the promotion window defined below (the “Promotion”), subject to the terms and conditions set out below (the “Terms”).

1. This Promotion is valid from 00:01 am BST 29th August 2019 until 11:59 pm BST on 3rd September 2019 (“Promotion Window”). After 11:59 pm BST on 3rd September 2019, the Promotion will no longer be redeemable.
2. This Promotion applies to purchases of the Simba Hybrid Mattress only and not to the Simba Bunk mattress or any other Simba products.
3. In the event that you return your Mattress pursuant to our 100-night trial or your statutory rights, you may choose to either (i) return your Pillows with your Mattress in accordance with clause 4 and receive a full refund, or (ii) keep your Pillows and have half their value deducted from the refund you are due to receive in respect of your returned Mattress.
4. In the event that you return your Pillows alongside your Mattress, as contemplated in clause 3, such Pillows must be unused and strictly in their original packaging. Simba reserves the right to, at its discretion, deduct half the value of your Pillows from the refund you are due to receive in respect of your returned mattress if such Pillows are not returned in their original packaging.
5. This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, bundle or discount; or be redeemed for cash or credit.
6. This Promotion only applies to mattresses purchased on our website and not those purchased via our authorised retailers.
7. This Promotion is only valid while stocks last, and we reserve the right to not accept offers to purchase a Mattress with two free Pillows in circumstances where stock of either product has been exhausted.
8. This Promotion applies to Mattresses ordered and delivered in the UK only.
